Abstract:

Development of green building by increased costs, government policies, and many other factors, there are many markets failure for externality. Analysis the external characteristics of the green building by using externality. By theoretical analysis, pointed out the important role of government policies on the external characteristics of the green building. In this paper, the economic compensation mechanism principle is used to solve problems of green building promotion. The research has important theoretical significance.
