Study on Old Community Renovation’s Countermeasures in Shenyang

Abstract:

Old community renovation is an important engineering about residents’ interests. Old community renovation not only improves the living conditions and life quality of residents, but also can promote local economy’s development. Firstly, this paper introduces the condition of old community renovation in Liaoning province. Secondly, it analyzes the main problems about old community in Shenyang. In view of the existing problems, this paper put forwards some suggestions and countermeasures, and hoping that they could provide reference value for other cities’ old community renovation.
