Abstract: Only one or a few individual template confirm corresponding pint in traditional light bus cab H point design, different bodies and special requirements arent considered. The regional function method which gets a contented region through many different design requirements can make the design much more flexible, convenient, and practical in the bus cab design. Regional function method is analyzed and used to reducing the shortages of traditional design method in this paper. Mathematical model and deeply analysis are made mainly about riding comfort, vision field and hard point to optimize bus cab H point. finally matlab is used to calculate H point through an application of a light bus.

Abstract: In order to make on-orbit maintenance easy, a division method for the orbital replaceable unit (ORU) of manned spacecraft is proposed. Selection range of ORU was determined based on analyzing on-orbit repair requirements of system. Then a logic judgment strategy for ORU division was established to obtain a preliminary partition scheme, and the verification method is used to adjust the scheme of ORU division. Finally, the proposed method is applied on a subsystem of a manned spacecraft and the partition scheme can ensure the balance of system performances, which indicate that the proposed method can provide a feasible approach to engineering implementation.

Abstract: In view of the traditional folding bicycle’s defects, the innovative design of the portable manually-steered folding bicycle were put forward in this paper, which include the reliable folding mechanism, the supporting wheel, the sliding handlebar, socket, and the adjusting basket and so on. The structure design of this bicycle is rational,and the operation is simple, which can be turned into manually-steered bicycle or a luggage cart by a simple folding processing. The proposed design resolves the problem of bicycle storage in the waiting hall and the carrying luggage pressure easily. Finally, the mechanical analysis of the key parts is presented to show the rationality of this design.

Abstract: For the difficult problem of dealing with piracy attacking effectively by current techniques on ships, a new anti-piracy measure has been suggested in the paper that the self-sustaining water burning, the new technique specially studied, is used in the relevant sea area around ship to make seawater burning by particular way to prevent piracy from approaching our ship. Inflammable gas generation, self-sustaining ignition and burning reaction control of the new technique have been firstly briefed in their principles, on the basis of which design ideas of three concrete schemes and four special flame types of new technique anti-piracy application have been focused on, and then the two concrete usage methods of seawater burning to obstruct piracy have been also discussed.

Abstract: According to the principle of equivalent, the approach to draw up the fatigue test loading spectrum of wind turbine blade is presented. Analysis of wind load characteristics, based on ARMA (Autoregressive Moving Average Model) for the simulation of wind speed, wind load simulation example is given. Using Bladed software, the wind speed-time history is converted to a moment-time history that is the equivalent of blade root.Using data compression technology and the rain flow counting algorithm, load represented by a 2D matrix examples is given.The one-dimensional symmetry loading spectrum draw up, the complexity can be simplified, and provides the necessary foundation for fatigue life analysis.

Abstract: The curve type track is used in designing of Accelerated Loading Test System (ALT). The loading vechicle is will produce a greater impact and noise when running on the curve of the track, which will reduce the efficiency and accuracy of the experiments. The design requirements, criteria and design methods of the rail curve are proposed. Contrast the centripetal force, the horizontal component force and the jerk of special curves, the final design chosed elliptic curve as curve type of ALT track.

Abstract: This paper presents a shimming method for correct the magnetic field inhomogeneity generated by the permanent magnet biplanar open MRI magnets. After giving the explanation of the degree of the magnetic field inhomogeneity, the shimming principle and method are given. In order to guarantee the precision and accuracy of the magnetic field, a 3D moving flat is developed. The intensity of magnetic field is shown by the aid of the Excel, and the engineer can shim the magnetic field by interacting with the computer. After using the proposed method on a batch of permanent magnet biplanar open MRIs, the experiment results show that the proposed method is effective.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of low recovery rate of top-coal during fully-mechanized coal caving with large inclination angle, the optimization of fully-mechanized hard top-coal caving with large inclination angle is studied in this paper respectively in the two aspects of changing caving characteristics of top-coal and caving process. By adopting the method of top-coal pre-blasting to weaken top-coal, the caving characteristics is effectively improved which creates conditions for the successful caving of top-coal; meanwhile, the statistical result of recovery rate of top-coal is obtained by using numerical simulation software PFC2D based on particle element model, it is found that coal loss during top-coal caving and the loss at the ends of working face is effectively reduced when 2 cuttings and 1 caving method with multi-round spaced drawing is taken, which significantly improved the recovery rate of top-coal and it has passed the field test of industrial experiment. This technological achievement could provide some reference to the fully mechanized working face in this coal mine or working faces under similar geological conditions.

Abstract: Large rectangular gas ducts installed in power plants usually need inner supports to ensure their stability. Generally two schemes are used for setting inner supports. One is National Standard Specification (NSS) and the other is an American Combustion Engineering company design criterion (CE). The design level of inner supports in flue pipe has a great effect on flow distribution. In this paper, three kinds of inner supports which are common in power plants are simulated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Through a comprehensive analysis of their flow fields and pressure, it can be concluded that NSS inner supports which are thinner, vertical to each other and have more rows is the best design scheme among these three kinds of inner supports.

Abstract: Automatically clean the window of solar energy through horizontal and vertical two-dimensional motion, realize to locate at any point on the plane seen on window glass and cleaning of the glass, by using Pro/E mechanism analysis module, solar automatically cleaning the window of mechanism motion model is established, based on the simulation and analysis on the three dimensional digital design model, simulate the clean window wiper working conditions in the real environment and the feasibility of judgment, based on complete solar automatically clean the window of prototype production. Automatically clean the window of the test results show that the solar energy can realize automatic clean window function, can save labor costs, reduce labor intensity and labor risk.
