Abstract: The air tightness measurement equipment for tubeless wheel was introduced and its principle of hydraulic and electrical complex system was analyzed, then the simulation platform was established by Automation Studio software. The work principle and running situation of the system are presented visually and dynamically, which reflects the demand of actual work. In addition, the available tool is offered for failure analysis and technology training by this method.

Velocities Effects on the Void Fraction Distribution in a Vertical Gas-Liquid Two-Phase Flow Channel
Abstract: Measurement of void fraction in a vertically arranged gas-liquid two-phase flow channel has been conducted for wide range of flow conditions using a specially developed sensor based on electric conductance method. The effects of velocities of both phases were examined with variety of combinations using an industrial scale two-phase flow loop. The results show that at a constant rate of liquid superficial velocities the void fractions increases with the increasing gas superficial velocities and at higher velocities of liquid phase, the value of void fraction becoming lower. The average void fractions were also compared with other scholars results.

Abstract: The influence of finite tip clearances on the tip flow characteristics, as well as pressure distribution on blade surface near the tip and open water performance of ducted propeller 19A/Ka4-55 model is studied in this paper. It is discovered that tip leakage vortex (TLV for short) disappears when clearance size reduces to a certain extent (0.08% of the propeller radius in this model). The decreasing of tip clearance size also leads to increasing efficiency and better cavitation performance. Besides, variation of thrust and torque coefficient with clearance size show stepped shape instead of linear.

The principle of full hydraulic drilling rig pumping station,scheme selection, hydraulic components selection and structural design of the tank were presented. The system used double loops in which some advanced hydraulic components and control technique were adopt.

Abstract: Hydraulic free-piston engine is a compact machine which is composed of a conventional engine and a hydraulic pump. Compared to the conventional technology, the free piston engine has many potential advantages. In this paper, a simulation model for a single piston hydraulic free-piston engine (SPHFPE) is described, and the differences in motion characteristics between the free-piston engine and the conventional engine are presented. And varying piston mass and starting pressures have an impact on the motion characteristics of the free-piston engine.

Abstract: Hydraulic free-piston engines have potential advantages of cost and fuel efficiency. Due to no crankshaft system, it is difficult and important to control the piston motion and working frequency precisely. This paper studies on the motion characteristics for the hydraulic free-piston engine effects of operation parameters, and results are presented. The TDC (Top Dead Center) position and CR (Compression Ration) are great influenced by starting pressure and fuel injection timing, and working frequency is mainly influenced by piston mass, starting pressure and fuel quantity.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of the traditional soilless cultivation of vegetables and the requirement of its application in the family green vegetable planting, a hanging vegetables planting barrel was designed which has a small footprint and independent rotating function, the speed expression of the barrel was given using the conservation of moment of momentum and momentum theorem, and its influencing factors were discussed also.

Abstract: This paper introduces a kind of dust removal device-passive sprinkler dust car which is often used to improve the environment and to prevent dust underground. The function, working principle and basic structure of passive sprinkler dust car underground as well as how its main parts work are mainly described in this article. Moreover, the relationship between the spray parameters and the efficiency of reducing dust is studied by adopting the combination of experiment and theoretical analysis methods in order to obtain higher efficiency of reducing dust in this paper.

Abstract: The gas suction turnip seed metering device is the core requirement of precise seeding, in this article, through analysis and research of the geometric parameters of radish seeds, affect the seed is obtained by means of experiment draw the related factors of seed suction nozzle, including adsorption seed when the surrounding air velocity and adsorption under a certain air needed distance, and the specific parameters of these factors were determined.
