Abstract:

The air tightness measurement equipment for tubeless wheel was introduced and its principle of hydraulic and electrical complex system was analyzed, then the simulation platform was established by Automation Studio software. The work principle and running situation of the system are presented visually and dynamically, which reflects the demand of actual work. In addition, the available tool is offered for failure analysis and technology training by this method.
