Abstract: The LSCM (La0.7Sr0.3Cr0.5Mn0.5O3-δ) powders were synthesized by glycine-nitrate process (GNP). An anode functional layer (AFL) LSCM was fabricated on an porous NiO-LSCM anode substrate by slurry spin coating. The effect of pore-former, sintering temperature and sintering time on the quality of thin film was investigated. The film with good apparent morphology was obtained when the operating parameters were fixed as follows: the pore-former is ethyl cellulose, the content of ethyl cellulose is 5 wt.%, the sintering temperature is 1000 °C and the sintering time is 4 h.

Abstract: The UF resin/SiO2 composites microspheres with particle size of 2μm were successfully prepared by polymerization of silica sol from base-catalyzed hydrolysis of tetraethyl orthosilicate, and urea-formaldehyde via the PICA approach, and then calcination in air to remove organic UF resin and yield porous silica microspheres. The samples were characterized by Zetasizer NanoZS Instrument, SEM and Nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms. The results showed that the synthesized porous silica microspheres with a BET surface area of 67.01m2/g, a BJH average pore size diameter of 37.32 nm and a total pore volume of 0.69cm3/g, respectively.

Abstract: In order to research on the hot stamping property of high strength steel, the stamping forming of USIBOR1500P is simulated by the nonlinear finite element software Dynaform and Ansys/ls-dyna. The initial data simulated on USIBOR1500P is obtained by the hot tensile test. The simulation results show that the martensite weight percentage and Vickers hardness are in inverse proportion to stamping speed and initial die temperature.

Abstract: In order to study the effect that the modified ZSM - 35 as a catalyst brings to n-butene isomerization catalysis. In this paper, by considering the performance analysis brought by different silica alumina ratio, reaction temperature, concentration of nitrogen and macro porous silica gel embellish acting on butene isomerization reaction of modified ZSM - 35 molecular sieve catalyst , Al2O3 samples being "15" shows better performance; Adding appropriate amount of silicon carbide catalyst or modified silicone can further improve the selectivity of butene; Nitrogen dilution has certain help in improving butene isomerization reaction performance.

Abstract: A novel PPy/PBA-g-PMMA-GMA (copolymer) composites were prepared and the preparation conditions, characterization and properties of the composites were investigated. The results indicate that the oxidant types, molar ratio of oxidant/monomer, polymerization time, PPy content affect greatly the conductivity of the PPy/terpolymer composites. The ultimate elongation of composites decreases with increasing PPy content, while high PPMM content brings forth high tensile strength.

Abstract: The basic study on activity of polyphenol oxidase (PPO) from different purple sweet potato (PSP) parts was mainly carried out here. The PPO activity and browning degree (BD) of PSP peel were higher than those of inner-tissue and intact sweet potatoes. The relativity between them was positive, and relativity coefficient was 0.9895. The activity of PPO extracted from sliced PSP increased initially and decreased afterwards, with the highest activity of PPO on the third day during storage. And BD increased very quickly as time went by, especially in the first three days. The relativity between PPO activity and BD was negative, and relativity coefficient was-0.8747.

Abstract: The polyphenol oxidase (PPO) was extracted from fresh purple sweet potato (PSP) by phosphate buffer solution, and spectrophotometry method was applied in the experiment. The process of the reaction catalyzed by PPO with different substrate concentrations and the relationship between enzyme concentrations and PPO activity were mainly studied here. The result showed that the effect of enzyme concentration on PPO activity was stronger than that of substrate concentration on PPO activity.

Abstract: The weldability of the steel can be improved by formation of intra-granular ferrite (IGF) in heat affected zones (HAZs) on the edge of weld bead. The nucleation mechanism of IGF of Ti-killed high strength low alloyed (HSLA) steel has already been investigated with the aid of transmission electron microscope. Titanium oxides (Ti2O3) particles with the diameter of 0.4μm and Si-rich complex inclusions (Ti3O5+MnS) with that of 0.5μm can serve as the nuclei of IGF. The nucleation mechanism of IGF is proposed as follows: (1) inclusions are inert substrate. (2) The depletion of the austenite former Mn local to the inclusion increases the thermodynamic driving force of γα for transformation. (3) Lattice matching between inclusion and ferrite reduces the interfacial energy of opposing nucleation.

Abstract: The large area of electron beam transformation hardening is achieved by means of muti-channel scanning electron beam. Then the microstructure and properties of the hardening layer was discussed and analyzed. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), EDAX energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and other analytical testing methods are used to analyze the microstructure and phase composition of the hardened layer. Light-section microscope is used to measure the surface roughness. The result shows that the tempered microstructures of 45 steel are tempered martensite, tempered troostite and tempered sorbite after electron beam scanning. The hardness of the hardened layer is between 750 HV and 900HV which is about twice or three times as hard as the matrixs. The hardness of the tempered zones is between 424HV and 426HV which is a third of the matrixs; the surface roughness is nonlinearly declined with the increase of the overlapping ratio.
