Abstract: Given the number of assembly workstations, how to generate the corresponding assembly system configurations The issue is studied in this paper.The size of the assembly workstations is divided into small-scale workstation, medium-scale workstation, and large-scale workstation. Due to limitations on space, this paper only studies the small-scale assembly system configurations theoretically, and the corresponding example is elaborated.

Abstract: In LDPC code, the structure of code's parity check matrix plays the crucial role in code performance. In this paper proposes the preliminary investigation of a designed parity check matrix from Tanner. We modify this technique in to non binary LDPC structure and decoding with FFT-SPA. We take into high code rate application more than 0.8. The result has shown that in bit error rate (BER) compare between non-binary LDPC and binary LDPC. In our results, the performance of non binary LDPC has better than binary LDPC.

Abstract: The NC Teaching Plotter is designed for the practice teaching needs of NC machining, In order to improve current existing practice teaching environment of "many student, less equipment". It explains the NC concept with concise way and demonstrates NC thought by the intuitive operation.In this paper, the design of NC teaching plotter makes interpolation motion between pen and table based on NC program in accordance with the requirement made by user, to draw the graphics by moving the magnet control brush painting through the single chip digital control and the two stepper motor control X, Y two axes feed. The NC teaching plotter which demonstrates more clearly and directly the numerical control idea has high practical value for teaching practice.

Abstract: To completely remove the water freezing in the outdoor pipes of hydroelectric plants and water supply systems and to prevent the water cooling in the pipes of domestic hot water supply system at low consumption or if water is stationary, could be used some modern regulation systems for water temperature. Also, radiant floor heating systems can use such systems. This paper presents the performance of a fluid temperature control system using self-adjustable cables. For this purpose it is performed a description of this system and provided some elements about structure and operating mode of heating cable, and some data about technical and performance characteristics of various heating cable types with different practical uses.

Abstract: In this study, we consider to propose combined control charts for the process mean and variance to control simultaneously. First of all, we review the existing combined control charts and then proposed new control charts based on the union-intersection test for the jointly likelihood ratio statistics. Also we adopt the Liptak combining function for another combined control chart. For those combined control charts, we use the fact that a series of the hypothesis tests is equivalent to the maintenance of control charts. In order to combine the two individual tests for the respective mean and variance, we utilize the p-values for each individual test. Then we discuss some interesting aspects of the combining charts.

Abstract: To determine the inter-regional power replacement, this paper starts from the inter-regional power transmission and out-purchased demands and puts forward the analysis models of power transmission and out-purchased. Then it focuses on the decision problem of inter-regional power transmission and out-purchased where power supply exceeds power demand and provide the corresponding optimization algorithm. The models shows that inter-regional power replacement can reduce the generation pollutants emission, promote the power efficiency, and raise renewable energy grid-connected content like hydropower, wind power and so on, making magnificent economy and environmental effects.

Abstract: Failure mode mitigation process is vague, unfocused, and its effects on RMS index are not clear for complex product development. Firstly, a complete failure mode mitigation closure process and an approach of failure mode mitigation basing on logic decision were proposed. Secondly, the effect models of failure mode mitigation on RMS index were established, and the decision model of the failure mode mitigation order through the rough set theory was put forward. Finally, an example of the fuel system is given to validate the approach and models. The paper proved that the relationship between the achievement process of RMS index.

Abstract: Gearboxes are widely used in various kinds of applications. The normal operation of the gears contributes important roles on the machine performance. Due to harsh environment the rolling bearings are prone to failures. Hence, it is essential to detect the gear faults. However, the vibration signals of the gearbox are often contaminated, leading to deterioration of the fault diagnosis performance. To address this issue, a new approach is proposed based on the kernel independent component analysis (KICA) and BP neural network (BPNN). The KICA was used to extract sensitive signals to eliminate noise signals. Then a BPNN was adopted to detect the gear fault. To improve the fault identification, the Genetic Algorithm (GA) was adopted to optimize the BP parameters. Experiment tests using the gearbox fault simulator have been implemented. The test results show that the noise signals have been eliminated by the KICA and the GA-BPNN can detect the gear fault accurately. Moreover, through comparison with other existing methods, the proposed KICA-GA-BPNN produced the best detection rate of 93.7%.

I try to find the background behind each data graph, add labels and notes, hoping to deeper understanding of the meaning of these charts are presented, rather than stay on for the "nice" praise. Analysis on Design Aesthetics
What is the Beauty of Design As a reality-based artistic creative activity, design shows unique aesthetic characteristics. For the beauty of design, its creation proves to grow out of products shape and design, and its realization is attributed to consumers. To create a wonderful experience for users, designer cognizes aesthetic object from user perspective and interprets the emotional meaning of the works according to the possible rules of psychological cognition. Only in this way, will users be able to perceive the beauty of design. That is, what designer reflects is not the subjective feeling but the commercial purpose and audiences aesthetic trend. For a design, the aesthetic value is primarily embodied in application, with aesthetic creation intended to serve the society, the market and people. The inability to attain the said objective will signify the failure ofa design.
