Abstract: This paper aims to research the on-line measurement of the steel plate head and tail shape, and to measure the steel head and tail geometry size by using digital image processing and computer vision technology. The image gathered from high precision CCD camera is segmented with using the method based on the improved local binary fitting (LBF) model. The head and tail shape and size of steel plate is accurately measured, which provides the basis data for the follow-up steel rolling and shearing process.

Abstract: According to the problem of the island waterage, this paper defines the four stages queue service network, and proposes 3 indexes to evaluate its effectiveness based on the transportation analysis. Secondly, it simulates the matching of the shipping and the berth based on the ExtendSim Tool. Finally, it gives the configuration parameters of shipping and berth in island waterage queue network for a certain time and material quantity based on simulation parameters and evaluation indexes.

Abstract: Aeroengine controller is a crucial and complex component aimed at pursing optimal performance while satisfying all kinds of physical and operational constrains. A novel control technique, multivariate constrained predictive control based on linear state space model, is applied to a commercial turbofan engine. To be specific, according to the control requirements of turbofan engine, its outputs are classified into two types, controlled or constrained; they are then incorporated into the cost function and the inequality constraint condition of baseline MPC algorithm respectively. Further, since key parameters of MPC play an important role in obtaining optimal performance, their selection is studied. It is shown that control performance using improved MPC is better than that of PID controller for a big disturbance while maintaining within prescribed constrains.

Abstract: When SINS (slave strapdown inertial navigation system) got the MINS (Master Inertial Navigation System) data, the time reference was unified to the moment corresponding to the MINS data, and the data was processed by K'alman filter,which effects convergence speed and precision of airborne navigation system.In order to improve the precision of transfer alignment for airborne navigation system ,a compensation algorithm for information transmission time delay[1] is proposed to estimate the delay time and use relevant data to compensate the errors caused by time delay.A method using velocity and measurement misalignment angle information for processing the time delay was derived.A simulation system was made to validate the calculation.And the simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of this compensation algorithm.

Abstract: A mathematical model is developed and presented to solve the optimal control problem in matching multi-stages production plan at any point in time. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the optimal choice between production rate which may affect the inventory level and the optimal production plan at each time through different strategies so as to achieve due date. This method provides a way for decision makers to attend to the best production starting point for any given time point while operating within the best production function. Specifically in deciding whether a manufacturer needs to produce extra quantities for the next batch. Dynamic programming is also shown to be a practical method for the multi-stage optimization involved.

This system helps investors to plan the size and potential power of biogas plant with usage of selected, own substrates. Because of open access via internet, the BiogasWebPlanner® allows to create one of the biggest databases about future Polish biogas market.

Abstract: This paper proposes a communication system in order to facilitate the development of communication for distributed systems based on TCP/IP network. The system provides real-time communication service based on UDP, subnetting network, broadcast and multi-NIC(Network Interface Card) configuration in the same host. It also provides reliable communication service based on TCP. These services are some application programming interfaces (APIs) that can be called in client applications with IHBs (Information Harbors) to identify the communication end-points. An IHB is a name defined in a network configuration file (NCF) to make network transparent so that all network concepts are invisible to the users. The NCF is the same for all client applications to guarantee the communication end-points identical. The system is general that can be applied in any network without any source codes needing to be modified and the use is very easy. To apply it to a new network, all of the work is to provide a NCF. The uses in many flight simulators show that the system is more efficient to implement communications.

Abstract: 2 × 660MW ultra-supercritical units of O'Brien Power Plant are single configuration of auxiliary pilot project, due to the higher its parameters and performance requirements, it need better control strategies to ensure safe and economical operation. Against traditional cascade PID main steam’s temperature control system delaying large, this article proposed control strategy based on Smith estimated. Main steam’s temperature controlled object inert zone mathematical model can be showed by multi-volume model, and use the improved system for large inertia Smith Predictor to make dynamic parameter control systems improvements. Simulation results of the simulation machine show that: Optimization emperor steam temperature control is in an adjustable range and the policy in separate auxiliary units is feasible.

Abstract: In this paper, Aim at a certain charge diameter and initiation method,using finite element software ANSYS/AUTODYN analyzed four kinds of parameters of the K shaped charge jet, such as the liner thickness, the distance between explosion-proof body and liner, the radius and cone angle of explosion-proof body. On this basis, combined with the K charge characteristics, used orthogonal design method to optimize the structure. Four factors relationship of primary and secondary on jet forming process were analyzed, and compared the optimized jet with the former. The simulation result shows the optimized jet had better performance than the former, and the liner thickness is the most important factor on jet forming.
