Abstract: In view of current production technology of asphalt concrete mixing plant and technology, a distributed computer control system based on PLC and field bus is developed. The compensation iteration self-learning algorithm is adopted, the compensation amount of learning algorithm of the system is designed and the course program control algorithm is presented. Therefore the precision of the system’s measurement and control is improved and the transmission error is reduced.

Abstract: MMB (Media Multimedia Builder) is an excellent multimedia production system, powerful, simple and easy to use. The characteristics of transportation service classes are required by MMB software to make the multimedia. From electronic materials with material properties for military motor transport classes, this paper analyses the characteristics of the course, points out the necessity of the courses using MMB, simply introduces the MMB interface and scripting language, analyses the key technology application MMB to make electronic materials with material properties of motor transport service classes, including text, images, video, test control, and other practical skills, should have a numerical example is given.

Abstract: People have been paying attention to wearers comfort with functional textile products, the clothing type of which are further required to be eco-friendly and versatile as well as to help health care and to make wearers comfortable. This study uses bamboo charcoal (BC)/stainless steel (SS) wrap yarns for warp-knitted fabrics with three structural arrangements, and the influence of which on the far infrared (FIR) emissivity, softness, air permeability, and water absorption of the resulting warp-knitted fabrics are then examined. The FIR emissivity of all three fabric types is beyond 0.8. Single-faced, front-weft BC/SS warp-knitted fabrics possess optimal air permeability of 290 cm3/s/cm2 and optimal softness of 3.9 cm. The results of this study can serve as reference for the research design and direction of health care fabrics and increase their added value.

Abstract: A new type of intelligent PCM functional textile has been developed based on intelligent phase change material and advanced textile manufacturing technology. The application of such PCM textile in sports wear can help to enhance athletes performance. This paper analyzes the effects of intelligent PCM textile, characteristics of phase change materials and its preparation methods; discusses the possible effects of intelligent PCM textile to the results of sports events; suggests to make further study and research on phase change material in sports wear application so to develop more PCM sports wear suitable for different sports events.
