Abstract: The keyboard is made up of a number of key switch matrix. It is the simplest digital input device of MCU (micro control unit). The operator inputs data or commands through the keyboard and realizes the communication between people and machine. In the process of Freescale intelligent car competition, many operations are completed by keyboard such as speed adjustment, mode switch, reference frame changing and so on. In order to improve the adaptive ability of intelligent car, the keyboard plays an important role. So the design of the keyboard also becomes a very critical process in smart car design.

Abstract: For Highway potentially huge wind power resources and difficult issues such as electrical equipment, proposed an unnatural wind would wake at high speed car into electrical energy generated by the new plant. According to the results of measuring the wind speed site, binding studies of literature data, simulation and optimization of the impeller for fan, in order to determine the type of the selected impeller; analyzed by the mathematical model of the car to increase fuel consumption, this means economic results show generated is considerable. On this basis, combining Adams kinematic analysis software for the entire device kinematics simulation results show reasonable movement of the device, which is designed to meet the relevant requirements of power generation.

Abstract: The multi-function vertical grinder MK8080a can be used for grinding through modular function. It provides to user the menu-driven style and workpiece process parameter interface. Secondary development based on CNC system, it can meet the individual needs of the multi-function vertical grinder. Programming of PMC axis control module for multi-function vertical grinder under FANUC108i-MB is introduced in this paper.

Abstract: This paper describes the design, composition and application of Fischer creative model. Combined with production practice, the Fischertechnik model is used to establish the structure of the 3D manipulator system. The results of model meet design requirements. Practice shows that the application of Fischer creative combination model is quickly and easily to build medium-sized machinery and equipment. It significantly reduces the build cycle and system debug, which could help designers quickly implement a variety of design intent and improvements. Fischer creative mix model plays an important role in teaching experiment and engineering applications.

Abstract: Large span gantry crane girder structure has a direct effect on the performance of the whole machine. This paper,by using ANSYS, gets the distribution of the stress and deformation of the box girder under different working conditions, and verifies that the box girder structure can well meet the requirements of the mechanical properties. On this basis, it establishes the objective function and constraint conditions of box girder structure, and gets the best work parameters by using Matlab to optimize the structure. The results of structure optimization can guide well in the designing and manufacturing of similar products.

Research on Mechanical Dynamics with a Use of a Vehicle Wake Generating Device Simulation and Design
Abstract: There is rich automotive wake and wind resource on the highway. Power can be used for power generation, supply of electrical equipment or the highway into the grid .The paper proposes a new wind vertical axis wind generator. According to the actual conditions ,the important institutions are needed to optimize device emulation. The dynamics of shaft has a major impact on the stability of the power plant's work. Use ANSYS to provide a reference for further optimization agency. Radial pendulum balls mounted to the whole device can be stable on the shaft buffer.
