Abstract: The low-cost rapid recording not only improves the speed of record, but also gains an advantage of the market. It has important implications for exploring video recording. It provides resources for self-learning network platform. It can improve the quality of teaching. The development of the education sector has an important significance. The article explains the significance of the development of low-cost video recording and fast network self-learning platform. It analyzes the methods of low-cost video recording. Then we discuss the need for network analysis and self-learning platform functional planning. Self-learning network can identify shortcomings and make improvements.
