Referencing International Experiences to Promote Development of Chinese Small and Micro Enterprises

Abstract:

This article first analyzes the current development situations of Chinese small and micro enterprises and existing problems about formal institution, informal institution and path dependence. Then it researches typical developmental experiences of small and micro enterprises in American, Japan and Germany. Finally countermeasures of institutional innovation are proposed to optimize the development of Chinese small and micro enterprises by referencing international experiences.
