Study of the Modeling and Simulation for Waste Briquetting Machine Based on the Compression/Pushing Mechanical Hydraulic System

Abstract:

The Waste Briquetting Machine is the main equipment of waste transfer-station, it is also a kind of machine which is controlled by hydraulic system to compress the collecting rubbish into pieces, which realize the reduction of the rubbish to be convenient to transport. This article chooses the buried waste briquetting machine and based on the AMESim software to modeling the compression/pushing mechanical hydraulic system. It also analyzing the single motivation in an unloaded condition and simulating in an as-clad condition. The conclusion is in accordance with the theoretical analysis, which has provided a valuable reference to the study of the waste briquetting machine hydraulic system.
