Abstract:

With the development of modern logistics management, enterprises begin to pay attention to their logistics system. Logistic system optimization also becomes more important to small and medium-sized garment manufacturing. This article analyzes current situation of small and medium-sized garment manufacturing, and provides logistics business process optimization strategies including logistics business process reengineering, logistics e-commerce systems construction and logistics mode selection to help small and medium-sized garment enterprises to improve logistics efficiency.
