Abstract: According to the comprehensive performance of electric glass regulator detection process, the installation screw hole of the glass regulator often was damaged when electric glass regulator was installed, so the flexible clamping mechanism of floating force was is designed, to fix and clamp the electric glass regulator, and all flexible clamping mechanism was emulated and analyzed, the results show that the flexible clamping mechanism is safe and reliable, so the theoretical basis was provided to optimize and design the online comprehensive performance equipment in the further.

Abstract: Although underactuated mechanism has been widely studied in recent years, little information is available on that with cable-truss. An underactuated cable-truss mechanism was presented in this paper. This serial mechanism consists of five quadrilateral cable-truss units and moves by changing the length of the cables. It can be extended to large-scale spatial gripper and has advantages like light weight, simple structure and high reliability. This mechanism can capture the object without its precise position and shape. The kinematics analysis was discussed considering the characteristics of different ways to capture and a numerical example was given. The results of motion simulation corresponding with the example were shown to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.

Abstract: Built-up columns are widely used in engineering structure, but it is confusing for designers how to determine the parameters of built-up columns. The paper based on the user's basic needs which are the minimum working radius and working load, would simplify working load, support force and hoisting force to the vertex of built-up columns. From the origin of design, and to analyze mechanic behavior of built-up columns, and have found the relationship between internal forces, that is, the axial force, the swing force, the support force, and the working load. In accordance with design experience, the relationship between axial internal stress and its total working stress, critical stress and limit of yielding, had been respectively determined. According to this knowledge to determine the mass and the geometrical parameters of major cross-sections and roots of built-up columns, and a comparison between the results and ones of examples calculations were made, and it was found that the results are reasonable. This will offer a design method of determining the major parameters of built-up columns at the phase of the preliminary design, and improve the independent design capability.

Abstract: In order to slove the problem that the combine harvester safety belt is often burned out because of machine’ driving forward fast and excessive feeding, it describes an new HST automatic speed regulating device based on the feedback signal from the torque load real-time inspection. This device can effectively avoid the bad case occurrence of safety belt burning out, so it can assure the harvester stability and production efficiency increase dramatically during working process.

Abstract: The vibration of belt affected the transmission stability of automotive synchronous belt. The mathematical model of longitudinal vibration was established through analyzing the longitudinal vibration of automotive synchronous belt. Developed the vibration dynamic measurement device, aiming at RU style arc teethed synchronous belt transmission process, measured the variety of amplitude over time at the middle of the belt span obtained the rules of amplitude and frequency change along with the rotation speed. It is of certain importance to improving the transmission stability of arc teethed synchronous belt.

Abstract: The Evolutionary Structural Optimization (ESO) as an important structural topology optimization method has been widely used in many fields of engineering optimization. However, due to some technical constraints, the use of ESO for the truss optimization is relatively less. A method for truss optimization that combines the ESO method and the Stress Ratio method is proposed in this paper. This method solves the problems of ESO for truss optimization that the sectional area of bars cannot be changed and the speed of optimization cannot be easily controlled. It can be widely used in truss optimization and can get the same good result as other methods (such as GA and SA, etc.). Furthermore, the method proposed in this paper has the advantage that it can be easily programmed in the commercial software (such as Ansys and Abaqus, etc.) owing to its relatively simple optimization principle.

Abstract: CAx system is the common application system of CIMS engineering, the data sharing between different systems is the basic problem of realizing data integration to solve. We analyze the implementation approach of CISSCAx system in this paper, adopting the extended commercial database is suitable for engineering application, building engineering database based on STEP standard, and solve the problem of information sharing in the design of automation.

Abstract: Fouling is the most important performance degradation factor, so it is necessary to accurately predict the effect of fouling on engine performance. This paper develops a performance calculation method of fouled multi-stage axial flow compressor based on experiment result and operating data. For multistage compressor, the whole compressor is decomposed into two sections. In this model, the performance of the first section is obtained by stage stacking method by combining scaling law method, linear progression model with traditional stage stacking method. On the other hand, the performance of the second section is calculated by averaged infinitesimal stage method. Finally, the model is successfully applied to predict the 8-stage axial flow compressor.
