Abstract: By modeling of sugarcane leaf cutting off returning to field machinery chassis and loading, this paper simplifies reasonably several different conditions of the chassis to the two forms. The finite element is used for the solution of the problem by using ANSYS software, solving the node stress contour of the chassis. Compared the maximum stress in the most dangerous working conditions to the allowable stress of the material, the result verifies the chassis strength to meet the design requirements. According to the vibration of the chassis at work, analyzing the first sixth modal of the chassis, and comparing with excitation frequency shows that the design of the chassis avoids the excitation frequency, which does not cause resonance at work. The results show that the chassis meets the design requirements.

Abstract: A pulsed diaphragm piezoelectric pump using centrifugal force is introduced in this paper. It utilizes centrifugal force in the swing motion of a vibrating tube as the driving force, and to input and output liquid continuously at first bending resonant frequency. The piezoelectric pump based on this principle is expected to effectively coordinate the high frequency characteristics of piezoelectric materials and low frequency characteristics of check valves. Resonant frequency of the pump is studied. A prototype pump was fabricated and tested. Experimental results show that the pump can hold and discharge very precise volume of liquid in every pulse, and can pump tap water at a flow rate of 6.12ml/min under a backpressure of 0.3kPa.

Established the face gear NC grinding machine of grinding mathematical model of comprehensive error according with the mechanism grinding errors,To provide a theoretical basis of the error modeling analysis and the error compensation on NC grinding Machine Tool of face-gear.

Abstract: This paper introduces a new method, named E-Bayesian estimation method, to estimate failure probability. In the case of zero-failure data, the definition of E-Bayesian estimation of failure probability is provided; moreover, the formulas of E-Bayesian estimation and hierarchical Bayesian estimation and the property of E-Bayesian estimation of the failure probability are also provided. For the estimate failure probability, in the following sections we will see simple the E-Bayesian estimation method is method than hierarchical Bayesian estimation method. Finally, the calculated results of bearing show that the proposed method is feasible and convenient in engineering application.

Abstract: A tubular shafts have been considered for weight reduction and high quality in the automobile industry. However, in the case of long and thin tubular shafts, it is very difficult to form an internal spline under a cold extrusion process due to folding and buckling. In this study, multi-stage forming is applied to form precise teeth shape in a long and thin tubular shaft. The effects of die diameter and thickness of the material are investigated and analyzed to determine the number of processes based on a FE simulation. Extrusion experiments have been performed to verify the results obtained in the FE simulation. It is confirmed through these tests that a long spline shaft with high dimensional accuracy and improved mechanical properties is formed.

Abstract: Simple permanent magnet synchronous motor has the structure of reliable operation, small size, light weight, high efficiency, flexible shape and size and other characteristics. The pole surface of the rotor core is composed of several small magnet block arrays, spacing, width, height, and the magnet block arrays of magnetic blocks relationship between modulations. This paper introduces a development of NdFeB permanent magnet generator. Rotor structure of high-strength permanent magnet synchronous generator by the central shaft, attached to the core and its outer surface two pairs of circular arc-shaped magnets. The design of structures of the key components is demonstrated and the experimental results show the good performance of the generator.

Abstract: Due to short treatment time, the quality change of food caused by heat can be reduced, high-intensity pulsed electric field (PEF) has been widely used, especially in food industry. PEF system consists of PEF generator, treatment chamber, pump, cooling coil, container and monitoring system. The research status of PEF generator, pulses waveforms, treatment chamber and electrodes were discussed. And the application of PEF on food processing was summarized.

Abstract: It is significant to transport hot-rolled steel coil vertically by seat frame in 70t universal gondola for ensuring safety and improving efficiency. According to the basic requirements of loading and reinforcement in railway freight traffic, studies the conditions of coil transported vertically, carries out a rational design of the seat frame combined with the characteristics of 70t universal gondola, finally uses a way of finite element simulation to prove its feasibility.
