Abstract:

Reasonable body-building, Protect against disease and feebleness can lead a healthy and long life. The subject is studied by talks and investigation. Reasonable body-building is presented in this paper which illustrates: 1.Mental Exercise: Physical exercise is fit for health and depends on oneself; One needs to depend on himself to keep fit; 2. Group Exercise: This is useful to keep one fit both physically and psychologically; 3. Individual Exercise: Personal exercise relying on one's own conditions; 4. Seasonal Exercise: To adapt different ways subject to the changes of seasons; 5. Comprehensive Exercise: Through comprehensive exercise to build one’s characteristics; 6. Secure Exercise: To keep security in mind and follow scientific guides.
