Mobile Information Technology Application Based on the Balanced Resources

Abstract:

With more and more information access and forms, information unbalance has become increasingly prominent in the field of telecom service. This article applies "balanced production" thinking to the information services business, proposes "balanced information service" idea, and takes an in-depth discussion on information resource allocation optimization problem in information service companies.
