Abstract:

At present, it has become a hot academic research about microblog in the world. Introducing the customer life cycle theory, through the empirical analysis influence factors of microblog users loyalty in different lifecycle stages, finding factors influence on the microblog users’ loyalty has a significant difference in different lifecycle phase.
