Abstract: Against to the multi-roots problem existed in Heydemann method for calibration of sinusoidal signals, a new approach containing two procedures is proposed. Firstly, the dc offsets and amplitude deviations of sinusodial signals were estimated by two observers separately. Then, to accept the non-orthogonal phase shift in the sinusodial signals, a simple Heydemann method with only two variables was adopted. Simulation results show that this method is feasible, and can converge to the origin with high accuracy. This method will show great values in the field of calibration of sinusoidal encoder signals.

Abstract: Drawing up evaluation indexes is key of Evaluation of aircrafts IR stealth effectiveness. To solve the problem of high costs and great difficulties in indexs validation experiment, this paper was using method of computer simulation to obtain images and computer judging to evaluating quantitatively of Aircrafts stealth effectiveness. Closely integrating with IR detectors recognition mechanism, the evaluation indexes were determined that can assess IR stealth effectiveness quantitatively when aircraft adopts different stealth technics, different interference measures, and confronts different IR detectors. These evaluation indexes overcome the shortcomings in current assessment, such as impacted greater by detector performance, can not reflect active IR stealths action, e.g. IR decoys interference, and deviate large from IR detectors self-recognition and target tracking result.

Abstract: With the rapid growth of informatization and large scale system of military, the dependence of maintaining and speedy generating of comat effectiveness on information technology and corresponding methods increased accordingly, especially in store of military repertory and management of informatization. Based on detailed analyzing in the theory of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and traditional location algorithm, this paper presents improvement measure and relevant algorithm, in addition with large quantities of simulation by means of Matlab, and draws a conclusion of the improved algorithm meets the accurate requirements for the store of military repertory.

Abstract: Three-dimensional model is high degree of freedom information. In order to realize content-based 3D model retrieval, normalization preprocessing of 3D models is needed. This paper have proposed a normalization method with 3D modeling software based on center of mass, principal axis of inertia and volume parameters to carry out coordinate system normalization of three-dimensional mechanical entity models. In this paper, Specific method is listed. Application examples are given to show the feasibility of this method.

Abstract: Since the information contained in the three-dimensional model is very rich, involving many factors shape contour, texture, color, texture and other graphic images, as well as traditional as it will no longer rely on text-based entry staff image search technology text description. Therefore, the direct retrieval of the three-dimensional model is very complex, so this paper proposes a centroid as the origin of coordinates to strike inertial parameters of mechanical parts as the retrieval feature vector, to establish parameters for the index of the element of inertia characteristics of the table, enabling the retrieval development of the system.

Abstract: Order is the embodiment of graphic design. Good graphic design works consciously or unconsciously follow some law of order, such as symmetry and golden section. In the graphic design, these rules reflect the basic principle of design in geometry, using these basic principles can make the design works more visually harmony and symmetry and balance. Therefore, an important aspect to evaluate the works of graphic design is good or bad is investigated for the design elements of products between proportion and structure. In view of the current graphic design software can not design to users in the composition theory provides support for the status quo. This paper designs an analysis system aided graphic design of visual aesthetics based on computer design geometry, realizing the import, designing elements of graphic design work of interactive segmentation and obtaining proportion and composition analysis to determine the relationship. The basic functions of the system can be used for visual aesthetics evaluation design work, can also provide support design related geometrical aesthetic principle in graphic design user.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology, especially with the progress in computer graphics technology, a revolutionary change occurred in urban sculpture, architecture, animation and other art and design field. Three-dimensional computer technology information technology and digital technology also challenged the traditional art of sculpture which takes manual approach to create and produce sculpture works; they provide designers with a new creative fashion and art form. This interdisciplinary technology surpassed the single and limited mode of the traditional tools through turning two-dimension to three-dimension, static to dynamic situations. Large sculptures began to appear in the city with the assistance of computer technology in varying degrees. The programs accurate operating and precise drawing bring strong reliability in sculpture design, which has become the primary means of urban sculpture creation.

Abstract: This Paper mainly studies the application of the BP neural network in the research of speech recognition. BP neural network can get higher identification precision, but its training speed is very low. a new recognizing algorithm based on BP algorithm by combining with the good effect method in ANN which named genetic algorithm (GA) was proposed and used to improve the BP neural network . Experiment results show that the training speed can be accelerated by the method and the recognition performance is also promoted.
