Abstract: After about 50 years of development, speech recognition technology has been able to achieve large vocabulary, non-specific human continuous speech recognition system. On account of Chinese pronunciation features, we research the small vocabulary, non-specific Chinese speech recognition based on continuous Hidden Markov Model approach. With comparing the datasets of VQ/DTW, VQ/DHMM, CHMM state-1 recognition algorithm and CHMM state-2 recognition algorithm, the results of our experiment show that: (1) CHMM state-2 branch method performs primely in reduction of the recognition time; and (2) the recognition accuracy is improved eventually.

Abstract: The method for analysis of stationary harmonics in power system is FFT, but it is unsuitable for non-stationary harmonics. Because of the feature that non-stationary harmonics’ frequency spectrum has a certain bandwidth and with some noise interference usually. A new method for detection, based on wavelet packet transform and neural network was presented in this paper. This method improved the traditional wavelet analysis method. The non-stationary harmonics were decomposed in different frequency bands by wavelet packet transform at first, and then complete the analysis of the non-stationary harmonic in different frequency bands. Through software simulation, the analysis results show that, the method has better accuracy, and provided an effective means for analyzing non-stationary harmonics.

Abstract: A geometric modeling approach based on ellipsoid Blinn algorithm is proposed to achieve simulation of three-dimensional visualization of plant fruit morphology. This paper proposes a geometric model and extracts the geometric model parameters which have clear sense of agronomy by observing common fruits such as potatoes, apples, watermelon, carambola and so on .The proposed approach has simple and intuitive features with vivid graphics realism and was implemented and applied to virtual plant fruits .

Abstract: In this paper, the software Fluent was employed and the two-dimensional flow fields, such as flow distribution, velocity distribution, pressure distribution, turbulent kinetic energy distribution are obtained. The results show that the flow, velocity, pressure and turbulent kinetic energy distribution are significantly different and asymmetric. The results have referenced significance for design and analysis of the Centrifugal Pump.

Abstract: Through the analysis and improvement of the current LOD methods, this article proposed simplification framework based on geometric layer, motion layer, behavior layer, facilitated users establish virtual character behavior models through the framework while achieving three levels of LOD simplification in the virtual environment. Experiments show that rendering speed can be improved while retaining the main features of the character motion through LOD technology using multiple levels of details to represent motion characters in the virtual scene. Supposing the frame frequency is constant, this method is effective to improve the number of characters in the virtual environment.

Abstract: A progressive transmission and decoding nearly lossless compression algorithm is proposed. The image data are grouped according to different frequencies based on DCT transform, then it uses the JPEG-LS core algorithmtexture prediction and Golomb coding on each group of data, in order to achieve progressive image transmission and decoding. Experimentation on the standard test images with this algorithm and comparing with JPEG-LS shows that the compression ratio of this algorithm is very similar to the compression ratio of JPEG-LS, and this algorithm loses a little image information but it has the ability of the progressive transmission and decoding.

Abstract: In order to eliminate the speech signal fading induced by noise, this paper proposes a new variable leaky LMS algorithm on the basis of the adaptive filter in combination with the advantages of the leakage LMS algorithm and the variable step size LMS algorithm, and analyzes its principle. After the new algorithm is used to simulate speech with noise, the result shows that the proposed algorithm has a good ability to suppress Gaussian noise and excellent tracking performance, proving the correctness of the algorithm and the feasibility of simulation.

Abstract: This paper presents the design and production of 3D animation based on computer graphics. The main work includes the animated scene design, role design and the post production using computer software. Design software tools are Autodesk Maya and Adobe EffectsCS4. Scene design and role design are very important parts of the animation form. The good scene and role design can improve the animation level and effect; make the animation and rendering a fuller picture. In addition, rich post production can promote the additional value of animation works, has a great influence on the final result of the whole works of taste and art.
