Abstract: Micro-grid, which coordinates distributed energy resources in a decentralized way, is a promising approach to allow distributed energy resources to provide full benefits while reducing the control burden on the grid. By exploiting the concept of cyber-physical system (CPS), prediction can be easily incorporated into micro-grid, which helps the micro-grid work more effectively and safely. In such a case, in this paper, based on CPS, we propose a novel micro-grid model, within the framework of which, a more explicit wind-solar complementary power system is presented. Moreover, we show how the closed-loop control is implemented in the proposed model which is of benefit to the design of micro-grid.

Abstract: Through detailed research on the channel modeling, this paper proposes a new simple channel model to solve the difficult of the complex theory and long time design cycle modeling such as SCM, SCME and the WINNERII models. This paper has constructed the mathematical model, and then simulated and analyzed it based on the Matlab, and finally realized the channel simulator based on FPGA. After that, through the comparison and analysis, we can guarantee the practicability and reliability of this simulator.

Abstract: This paper introduces a feasible patch antenna to generate OAM-carrying radio beams. Eight identical printed dipole antennas with microstrip balun feedline are arranged in an octahedron cylindrical substrate. Every printed dipole is fed with unit amplitude but with a successive phase difference from element to element. We can change the phase difference at the steps of 0, ±45o, ±90o, and ±135o to obtain mode numbers 0, ±1, ±2, and ±3. Simulation shows that the OAM states of ±1, ±2 and-3 achieve the expected results well, while the state of +3 produce a deviation due to the radiation difference of the designed antenna element and traditional tripole antenna. Furthermore, we achieve the impedance matching of every port and increase the directivity of the antenna. Thus, the proposed antenna is a promising candidate to generate OAM in engineering.

Abstract: This paper introduce the H.264 encoding system, mp4 file format, based on which , propose a high efficient real time H.264 encoding system on Android . The system aims at transmitting high quality video under restricted environment. The system largely reduce the transmitted data but still maintain good quality .It can achieve 15fps at 1280P .We design a MFC program which use CAscyncsocket to receive the raw H.264 and use ffmpeg to decode it .You can add RTP or RSTP protocol , then you can use VLC player to decode it . Or you can implement a tiny http sever on Android phone, then you can use your browser to watch the video.

Abstract: This paper studies the channel exploration problem for the distributed opportunistic spectrum access (D-OSA) system, where multiple secondary users (SUs) sequentially sense multiple licensed channels and utilize one of idle channel. However, channel sensing order can affect the system performance seriously. When using a better sensing order, the SU can find faster a free channel with high quality and the less collisions among SUs can happen. In this paper, we propose a mechanism using reinforcement learning to find dynamically out a sensing order for improving the system performance. In the proposed mechanism, the interactions among SUs are considered. Simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed mechanism and the significant improvement of the system performance.

Abstract: With the development of web2.0, network literature website has become an import carrier of publishing literature and getting novel. At present, the increasing of the number of network literature brings great confusion for audience. Therefore, network literature website need to recommend potential interested literature according to readers’ different requirements to take full advantage of resource and provide personalized services. The thesis we use the user-based collaborative algorithm to recommend readers for interested literature. We analysis the influence of k-value on recommend result and utilize kinds of Measurements to evaluate the results.
