Abstract:

The main problem of developing countries is the unpreparedness ready source of labor toward takeoff, the output of formal education in general is not ready to work. As a result, low productivity and lack excelled in competition. In addition, the workers themselves need to follow the development of technology and science, to keep up with other countries. The solution offered to solve the above problem is to do training, there are a variety of ways. The training is being developed is called "Training Strategic Approach". This approach through three stages, namely pre-training, process training, and post-training. Each stage requires several steps according to each company's problems. Companies that have been and are currently applying this method, among others, 70% of mining companies in Indonesia, 85% of large-scale manufacturing companies.
