The Application and Study of Work Study in Electronic Production Packaging Line Balancing

Article Preview

Abstract:

Due to non-balance among some workstations in a electronic production packaging line, according to the application of work study, 5W1H and ECRS principles, combined with the principles of line balancing the bottle-neck section of packaging line was studied and a new scheme was put forward, which makes the rate of two production line balance upgrade 22% and 15%, and 5standard manpower was saved.
