Abstract: In this paper, for solving the problem of the filling slurry’s segregation which always leads to non-uniform in-situ filling body, an indirect detection method has been developed to test the material components of the backfill based on element conservation principle. Combined with this detection method, an analog simulation flume experiment has been carried out to study the non-uniform characteristic of the backfill. The results show that the strength of the in-situ backfill body with high content cement is in an S-shaped type distribution, whilst the strength of the in-situ backfill body with low content cement is in a linear decreasing distribution. And on the basis of experimental analysis, the strength distribution model of the in-situ backfill body has been built to study a safe and economical backfill design.

Abstract: Experiment research aiming at the anti-explosion capability of the refuge chamber is a complex work with high costs. By using finite element analysis, however, could avoid this issue and implement the simulation and analysis more effectively. Based on transient dynamics approach, numerical simulation calculation and analysis of the dynamic response of the refuge chamber under the impact caused by gas explosion are presented in this paper. The results indicate that, when the refuge cabin under specified explosion impact wave stress, the maximum stress of the cabin is 370.8MPa,which is under the ultimate strength, and the maximum impact wave deformation of the cabin is 9.43mm, which is under the maximum permissive deformation (20mm), therefore the rigidity and the strength of the cabin both meet the demands. The refuge chamber presented in this paper, which remain the integrity of the cabin and the safety of the structure under specified explosion impact, has good anti-explosion ability, and could implemmet the emergency risk avoiding effectively.

Abstract: With the deepening exploitation percent, underground water relations have become more complex and tap the oil field at stable yields is more and more difficult, thus make us develop in depth study about the remaining oil distribution become critical. The proved geological reserve is high and physical property is better in 402 block’s group CIII of Tazhong 4 Oilfield. Combined with current mining situation in TZ402CIII oil group and in order to proven the distribution of the remaining oil, we used common reservoir engineering methods, neutron lifetime logging data analysis over the years and sweep efficiency analysis from sealed coring wells to study in-depth current remaining oil distribution range in TZ402CIII oil group, which provide an important basis to further improve development effect, dig remaining oil, as well as secondary development and adjust tap the potential in TZ402CIII oil group.

Abstract: Coal bumps happened many times in mining at No.5 seam of Tangshan coal mine. Strengthen the roadway’s support of working face can effectively reduce disaster losses. With the research background of the 3654 working face, the mine pressure monitoring for the existing support form of roadway has been carried on. Perform a numerical simulation for the original roadway support, base on the in-situ stress and physical and mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock in experimental; study the impact of the stability of roadway’s surrounding rock, while the space change of trellis and change of supporting intensity; optimizing the original support form, so as to maximum reducing the impact of the coal bumps.

Abstract: There is a series of features of the strata-pressure behavior of hard surrounding rock which is affected by dynamic pressure, such as the caving of the roof is difficult, sudden and large-area. In this paper we focus on the mining and support of 14-1103 working face, In view of the problems of the mine such as the roof is hard to caving, the suspension-area is huge and the safe of the working face is under a great threat, theoretical analysis and field monitoring is used in the study of the strata-pressure behavior. The study indicates that the influence of the advance on the surrounding rock stress is in the range of 100m, the scope in which the surrounding rock stress is remarkably affected is 20~30m; the stress of the surrounding rock is more affected in the scope of fault; the growing time of the roof stress is 2~3 days and is much shorter than the time of roadway’s sides which is 5~9 days.

Abstract: The breakthrough flow of injected water and polymer caused by heterogeneous formation is a serious problem in many oil fields, and the problem has become an important restraint to oil development. The profile control and water shutoff plan is determined by experienced and subjective human judgments, the blocking agent selection and plugging agent dosage are lack of scientific basis. Based on a reservoir engineering study, this article proposes an internal pressure calculation model and an injection pressure calculation model, the ultimate gradient of breakthrough pressure and plugging agent working viscosity. Combining methods of plugging agent performance evaluation method, we conclude the matching relation between characteristic parameter of thief zone and performance of plugging agent. A method for selecting a plugging agent in the light of thief zone is established. Case study results reveal the practicability and effectiveness of this method.

Abstract: The oolitic hematite will be a potential source of raw iron ore for the Chinese iron and steel industry. Up to now, the oolitic hematite have hardly been utilized effectively by any single traditional technology. The deep reduction assisted with microwave radiation may be a practical technology for the exploitation of oolitic hematite. The results show that the metallization rate can be obtained to 88.91%, and the iron recovery up to 90.70% for the oolitic hematite with an iron content 51.19%, when the deep reduction parameters are as follows, the reduction temperature is 1050°C, the residence time is 45min, and the ratio of reducing agent is 24%.

Abstract: Nowadays, in China nearly all the produced oil-fields have already entered the period of high water cut, and the six oil-fields of Daqing and Shengli oil-field etc. have exceeded eighty percent water cut. Beierdong Block has produced for nearly fifty years, and now it has entered into the descending output stage and its water cut has reached more than ninety percent. With oil field infill gradually in Beierdong Block, each series of well network production target getting worse gradually, intersecting with old well network stratigraphic position, and polymer flooding well network use part of water driving old well, making the contradictory of layer well network concatenate and dynamic regulation intensely. Especially as the block of infill adjustment proceeded earliest, acquired better developed effect at the beginning of regulation, but with the deep development of the field, after the phase of extra high water cut, exposed gradually some problems such as the perforating interval is too long, the contradiction of interlamination is obvious, the high water cut of multilayer is serious, bringing huge difficulty to dynamic analysis regulation[1]. Basing on layer recombination and using the reservoir simulation method, the paper studied the distribution of remaining oil, forecast variation regular pattern of development indexes. By contrasting these indexes, the paper estimates the effect of layer recombination. It has important significance for the next period’s development.

Abstract: Yitong Basin is a Tertiary depression bas in Jilin Province , and from north to south were Chaluhe , Luxiang and Moliqing depression. As the depth is larger , high maturity of organic matter , more than 1% , mainly shale gas. Based on the geochemical parameters of sheling group , using chemical kinetics method study the birth hydrocarbon volume, using the sum of the largest shale gas tolerance capabilities , based on the adsorption isotherm experiments, combined hydrocarbon volume , calculated the shale gas resources in the region , the results showed that the total amount of resources sheling group Yitong Basin shale gas level was 238.215 billion square . Indicates that the area has huge shale gas resource potential

Abstract: The single screw mathematical model is established based on dynamics analysis, and the numerical simulation and optimization design is analyzed. Through the virtual assembly simulation and digital assembly experiments on the single screw, to obtain the compatibility of the improved single screw structure. Thereby, the matching and assembly interference of model design is tested, to optimize the improved single screw compatibility between the stator and rotor.
