Design of the Chemical Reaction Tank Temperature Acquisition System Based on Wireless Sensor Networks

Article Preview

Abstract:

In the chemical industry, it is necessary to detect the chemical reaction temperature in the tank online and real-time to ensure the chemical reactions normally and prevent accidents. A chemical reaction tank temperature acquisition system based on ZigBee technology is proposed. The hardware and software architecture of the new designed system is described in details in this paper. The new designed system overcomes the disadvantages of manual detection or wired method. The field experiments show that the system has the advantages of high precision, flexibility, anti-interference, real-time, and Multi-point, etc.
