Abstract: It is very dangerous for AUV and other vehicles to traverse through the ocean, where there are many barriers. Some technologies such as active sonar and blue-green lasers can not be used to explore these barriers in some special realm, because signal is sent out during the exploring. In order to solve this problem, a new method by using the character of the submarine topography will engender gravity gradient is proposed. An example of calculate the gravity gradient of a subulate topography is given, from the example can find that the gravity gradient aroused by the barrier is very large and can be observed by the gradiometer easily, the result proved the method of this paper is feasible. This study provided a new method for the underwater carrier to avoidance collision, and the method has passive and all-weather characters.

Abstract: In this paper, airflow of two different outlet diameters are analyzed contrastively of fluidic gyroscope. Using ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD software, the finite element simulation is conducted by a series of procedures, such as two-dimensional model building of gyroscope, meshing, loads applying and equation solving, and two dimensional airflow distribution of different outlet diameters in sensitive element are calculated. The results show that, velocity at the outlet Vsum=0.53872m/s which diameter of outlet d=3mm, and which is 35.9% of velocity of the inlet, airflow velocity in the outlet increases by 7.4% than d=4mm at the outlet. It accelerates velocity of fluidic beam without any vortex increases in sensitive cavity when d=3mm, and it also increases thermal wires temperature changes and improves the sensitivity of fluidic gyroscope.

Abstract: Based on the excellent performance of Pt100, a portable low-cost precision temperature sensor has been designed, whose core chips are REF03, AD8603, AD7788 and precision resistors. Constant current source (CCS) for 4-wire Pt100 is constituted by REF03, AD8603 and precision resistors. AD7788 measures the differential signal on Pt100 and suppresses the common mode interference signal. Analysis software running on the micro control unit (MCU) filters the digital code from AD7788, and then calculates the current temperature value according to the resistance-temperature mathematical model of Pt100. Analysis and experimental results show that the temperature measurement accuracy of the sensor can reach ±1°C within the range of 0°C-650°C.

Abstract: A characteristic extraction algorithm of the ballistic missile hyperspectral data based on the horizontal traversing time is studied. The ballistic missile hyperspectral data of imaging spectrometer based on near-space platform is generated by numerical method. The characteristic of the ballistic missile hyperspectral data is extracted using the characteristic extraction algorithm based on the horizontal traversing time. The simulation result show that the characteristic extraction algorithm is easy to implement and low complexity. The characteristic, which extracted by this algorithm, is enough to represent the speciality of the ballistic missile hyperspectral data. The characteristic is not sensitive to disturbed signal and improve the timeliness of the following object matching and recognition.

The characteristic of the ballistic missile hyperspectral data is extracted and matched using the characteristic extraction algorithm based on the quantization coding method. The simulation result show that the characteristic extraction algorithm is easy to implement and low complexity. The characteristic, which extracted by this algorithm, is enough to represent the speciality of the ballistic missile hyperspectral data. The matching algorithm has high accuracy.

Abstract: For management the manhole cover effectively, the manhole covers intelligent monitoring terminal (MCIMT) based on dual frequency RFID and acceleration sensor was proposed in this paper. Through hardware designing, alarm algorithm designing, program debugging and packaging, we developed the MCIMT. The key performance testing and demonstration system operation shown the following results. Firstly, the MCIMT communication distance can achieve 800 meters under the open conditions and 300 meters under the occluded environment reliably. Secondly, the MCIMT embedded special state estimate algorithm can output the correct scene sate of manhole cover. Thirdly, the MCIMT could operation 3 years in manhole cover. Lastly, the demonstration system based on the MCIMT can alarm accurately and timely.

Abstract: Due to lots of the precious Chinese herbal medicines are on the edge of exhaustion, the paper presents a real-time monitoring system based wireless sensor network in order to protect Chinese herbal medicines and do artificial cultivation. Temperature, humidity and light condition is very important to the growth of Chinese herbal medicines growth. How to scientifically adjust the environment parameters is essential, it’s benefit for Chinese herbal medicines to improve the yield and quality. According to herbal medicines environmental characteristics, sensor networks were designed which the data can be accurately collected so as to track and monitor environmental factors of grow influence in real time or continuous. The system gives the hardware design of wireless sensor node and software implementations. Wireless sensor network nodes communication circuit was designed by CC2430, monitor environmental parameters with air temperature and humidity sensors and light intensity sensors. Experimental results show: the sensor network monitoring system can make the artificial cultivation of the medicines more modern, scientific and objective.

Abstract: Droplet analysis technology is very important in the field of liquid detection. Optical fiber method is comparatively mature, but it is susceptible to the fluid velocity, volatility and other uncertain factors. Capacitive method is easy to be influenced by the environmental temperature. Above condition limit the practicability of droplet sensor to some extent. The multi-sensor information fusion technology is put forward in this paper to combine the optical fiber method and the capacitive method. The fiber-capacitive droplet sensor is especially designed, so that the data acquired from different sensors are integrated and complementary. Experimental results show that the reproducibility of the measurement and the comparability of the liquid drop fingerprints among different samples are improved.

Abstract: Laser scanner is one of the key components in laser radar, adaptive optics, space optical communications and other fields, which can achieve precise control of the laser beam deflection or scanning. Due to the high precision, high bandwidth and small momentum of inertia, piezoelectric scanner has been widely developed in recent years. It’s necessary to design hysteresis compensation algorithm because the hysteresis effect of piezoelectric ceramics will affect the scanning accuracy of one-dimensional piezoelectric scanner. In the paper, we firstly establish an inverse hysteresis model based on the generalized Prandtl-Ishlinskii model which describes properties of the piezoelectric ceramic, then use particle swarm algorithm to identify the parameters of inverse hysteresis model, obtaining a triangular wave signal with inverse hysteresis to drive one-dimensional piezoelectric scanner. Experimental results show that the scanning nonlinearity is improved from 3.5% to less than 1% after driven by triangular wave votlage within 50Hz, the scanning accuracy of one-dimensional piezoelectric scanner is improved effectively.
