Mechanical Research with PID Parameters Tuning Based on MATLAB/Simulink

Abstract:

The PID parameters tuning is to determine the proportional coefficient Kp, integral time Ti and differential time Td of the regulator. It is a very complicated and cumbersome process. This paper describes the strategy and the steps of the critical proportion method, and completes the simulation of PID parameters tuning by using the critical proportion method in the MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method. Using the software to tune PID parameters can easily modify the simulation parameters, save a lot of computation and programming, and greatly reduce the workload.
