Abstract:

After the system of Emissions Trading Scheme was implemented, EU regulated that, there will be a 100 Euro per ton fine or flying forbidden in the area of EU, if the aviation company refuse to obey the rules. In this essay, the first issue is how does the EU’ regulation break International laws, secondly there will be a discussion on the affections to China, in the end; several methods will be given to China.
