Abstract: Electrochemical desulfurization is a mild chemical desulfurization method. This paper introduces the electrochemical catalytic oxidation method which is used to process High Sulfur Coal samples under acidic condition. Study tells that during the processing of electrochemical catalytic oxidation desulfurization ,pyrite and organic sulfur in coal are oxidized and converted into water soluble sulfur compounds by some active oxygen and other oxidizing agent or high valence ions which are produced on the surface of electrolytic anode.After analyzing the experiments ,another conclusion that the desulfurization process is faster for the added catalyst ion also involving in the reaction is reached.

Abstract: The process of wolframite and calcium carbonate synthesizing scheelite by calcining was studied, investigates the calcium carbonate dosage,calcination temperature and calcination time in a systematic way on the influence of transforming wolframite into scheelite. The experimental results show that when the calcium carbonate dosage is 1.6 times of the theoretical amount, calcination temperature is 800°C, 2h for calcination time, wolframite can be synthesiszed into scheelite completely.

Abstract: Weathered phosphate ore is an important part of phosphate ore resources, it contains a huge reserves of weathered phosphate ore resources in Yunnan regions. With the gradual consumption of the rich phosphate ore resources, recycling for weathering phosphate ore is receiving more and more people's attention. In this study, using a low magnesium semi-weathered phosphate ore which from Yunnan Dianchi Lake area as the research object, and based on its ore properties established a experimental program of pre- desliming with cyclone and then flotation. The loss rate of P2O5 under 20% on the desliming operation, then under the condition of ore grade of P2O5 is 21.23% using a positive-reverse flotation process, ultimately obtained a test indicators of phosphate concentrate of P2O5 grade of 28.41% and P2O5 recovery of 87.25%, which is a foundation of development and application of phosphate ore from Tian Ning semi-weathering ore.

Abstract: The configuration and technical specifications of the new type WaveSonic Logging Tool bought by West Drilling Well Logging Company are introduced from Halliburton Company.It shows that the consistency,repeatability and stability of the tool are good,and its specifications fully meet pre-designed requirements and quality control standards. In this paper, WaveSonic logging principles are briefly introduced, applications case studies to porosity, permeability, and oil and water saturation are discussed in details.

Abstract: The configuration and technical specifications of the new type C/O Well Logging Tool bought by West Drilling Well Logging Company are introduced.It shows that the consistency,repeatability and stability of the tool are good,and its specifications fully meet pre-designed requirements and quality control standards.The result of interpreting based on well logging data of approach thirty wells offer reliable foundation for exploitation of the old wells of Karamay oil field.

Abstract: A laboratory investigation was carried out to beneficiate a hematite-limonite ore. The ore assays 39.69% Fe and the primary iron minerals in the ore are hematite and limonite, with a relatively high S content of 0.14%. On the basis of the analysis of the ore, a “grinding-HGMS rouging and scavenging-table cleaning” process is proposed to treat the ore; and the results of the process indicates that an iron concentrate assaying 48.06% Fe with 43.02% recovery was achievable from the ore through the process, with low content of Si02 and deleterious elements such as S and P.

Abstract: To the problem of slope stability analysis and slope-cutting of rock slope, the traditional method Limit Equilibrium Method has many shortcomings as assuming the position and shape of the slip plane first. However, with the new theory of Strength Reduction Method, the problem can be easily solved. By selecting the appropriate criterion of instability and failure of sliding surface of slope, the Strength Reduction Method simulates the gradual development process of slope-cutting. By this method, we can simulate the failure process of slope and obtain the safety factors and slipping surface. This paper put forward the process of cutting slop by Strength Reduction FDM (Finite Difference Method) which had new insights into the choice of instability criterion, flow rule and slip plane.

Abstract: The increasing demand for nonferrous metals in China made the recycle of metallic values such as copper and aluminum metals from solid wastes a prospective resource for nonferrous metals. Eddy-current induced magnetic separation as a friendly separation method may be effectively applied for the separation of nonferrous metals from solid wastes. In the present investigation, a pilot-scale eddy-current induced magnetic separator and its separation procedure was briefly introduced, and the magnetic force acted upon a metal ring is theoretically calculated; on the basis of the calculation of magnetic force, the effects of two key operational parameters, i.e., conductivity/density ratio of metals and frequency of alternative magnetic field, on the separation performance of the pilot-scale magnetic separator were investigated. The results of investigation indicate that the eddy-current induced magnetic separation is effective for the recycle of nonferrous metals from solid wastes.

Abstract: Foaming deliquification is one of the most widely used technologies in the development of water production gas field. The key of this technology is the experimental optimization or develop the foaming agent suitable for gas field. With the development of a large number of high temperature and high pressure gas field, foam experimental evaluation methods used at present can not satisfy the temperature range of high temperature and high pressure evaluation requirements, in this case, used the Ross-Miles foam evaluation method as the foundation, built a new experimental evaluation method for foaming agent. Through an example, analyzes the influence of temperature and pressure on the foaming agent performance.
