Analysis on Risks of China’s Urbanization

Abstract:

Abstracts: recently the central government has decided the urbanization to be the important drive of China economy as before, rising up a wave of urbanization cross the nationwide. Frankly, the urbanization grows at an annual average 1.32 percents by now, playing a significant role in the sustainable growth of China economy. However, too fast urban expansion also exposes many risks hiding behind the facetious economic prosperity in a long run, resulted from the local debts crisis because of the blind construction. This article analyzed the potential risks coupling with the high-speed development of China urbanization, including various aspects, like social, financial, agricultural and environmental, etc. Next, some suggestions aiming at the above risks are put forward.
