A Double-Filtration Method of Recommendation for Automobile After-Sales Service
Abstract:
Information overload has made it more difficult for users to get the service they need. This paper presented a double-filtration method of recommendation. The method built the respective model of automobile after-sales service and user, and achieved the goal of associating users’ direct demands and their preferences with filter conditions in recommendation. Experimental result shows that the method is feasible and the effect is good.
