Abstract: At present,in allusion to problems of high motor energy dissipation,low reliability in the coal mine drain system of our country.The motor which is used to drag pump is controled by variable frequency speed system.The mechanical properties of down-hole pump and the principle and methods of the pump energy saving applied variable frequency speed will be expounded.Studies show that effects of the technology and energy saving is remarkable and that has a certain degree of social and economic benefits.

Abstract: In this paper, Q450 pellet molding machine with plunger-roller ring die has been designed by employing the CAD/CAE system, Solidworks, and the load conditions of three molding assemblies fixed inside have also been studied. Then a method of FEA was conducted to research the mechanical properties of enclosure assembly for this pellet molding machine in Simulation, which is a FEA module of Solidworks. As a analysis result, the maximum stress and displacement of enclosure bodies are separately 31.37Mpa and 7.583e-2mm, that convincingly verifies enclosure assembly has reliable strength and stiffness, which ensures that Q450 pellet molding machine has enough reliability and security.

Abstract: based on process equation, momentum equation, state equation and continuity equation, building ax symmetric finite element model of sealing ring used in aero engine, combined with characters of flowing gas in small gap deduce the formula of gas leakage rate, and discuss the impact of working environment for its sealing capability. The result show, as the compression ratio increased, the leakage was correspondingly reduced.

Abstract: Weld connection is the major connection method for steel structures, which has the advantages of simple construction, economical materials, non-reduced section, convenient fabrication and processing and good tightness, but the residual stresses caused by welding have relatively great impact on the performance of steel structures. This paper mainly analyzes the influences of welding residual stresses on static strength, stiffness, stability, fatigue strength and low temperature performance of steel structural members, and describes the main methods for eliminating residual stresses, in order to reduce and eliminate the residual stresses, and improve the security of structural members.

Abstract: This paper introduces the concepts and characteristics of beam-column end plate semi-rigid connection joints of steel structure, analyzes the current status of studies on various performance of semi-rigid extended end plate bolted connection joints of steel frame at home and abroad, as well as the shortcomings of existing studies on end plate bolted connection joints of steel frame, and on these bases, makes suggestions on the contents need to be studied further regarding this type of connection joints.

Abstract: This paper focus on the spindle system of special friction welder machine with conductive device made up of aluminum electrolytic prebaked anode. The ROMAX software is employed to analyze the spindle system, and the spindle axial force and displacement, radial displacement, and natural frequency are obtained by the analysis. The reasonable result can be got by analyzing the corresponding results, respectively. Thereby, the gist to improve the fiction welder is attained.

Abstract: The damage of Large-span Spatial Steel Structure (LSSS) can destroy the entire engineering project, and wind-induced weld tensile damage is a structural damage, which is more likely to occur. Some damaged nodes may not immediately endanger the safety of the structure. To a certain extent, the damage can lead to the collapse of the structure, resulting in large number of casualties and property loss. In order to discover and prevent these dangers in advance, an experiment about Large-span spatial wind-induced damage self-diagnosing and warning system is designed in this paper. Firstly, the equivalent structure model that can reflect the structural damage is built; secondly, some nodes’ load information is obtained by sensors and is delivered to computer; thirdly, the information of damage is analyzed; finally, virtual instrument and database sharing technology is used to establish a damage self-diagnosing and warning system. The results show that the system can monitor wind-induced weld tensile damage and remotely send real-time information to users.
