Abstract: For the problem of reconfigurable machine tools existing in the field of manufacturing and processing cost, the reconfiguration strategy of a reconfigurable machine tool (RMT) was proposed based on the analysis of polymorphism processing tasks. Firstly, the models of fixed cost and reconstruction cost in per production cycle were built. On this basis, the cost model of RMT during the whole production cycle was built. Then the Dijkstra’s algorithm was used to solve the model and the optimal reconstruction program was obtained. Finally, a RMT for the engine block production was taken as an example to verify the validity of the model and the method.

Abstract: With the rapid development of electronic technology, there is a new content of requirements of electronic instrument and equipment, performance is required for more safety and reliable, function are being asked to more powerful, usage is required higher integration degree. The whole bridge type of switch power supply (WBTSPS) is introduced in this article , combined with the specific application in practice, secondary breakdown problems of power switch tube are analyzed, the output of the rectifier and filter circuit are illustrated, the electromagnetic radiation source (EMI) suppression method are pointed out in switching power supply, PLC wiring problems are solved, for improve the service life of WBTSPS, improve the production efficiency, it has an important guiding significance.

Abstract: As the major component of surface layer in subgrade, the frost heave of subgrade is determined the frost heave of graded gravel. The remediation of frost heave of graded gravel by grouting was introduced, the properties of slurry and the actual condition of roadbed, the method of model improvement tests by grouting have been investigated, and the grouting effect of model test was analyzed, the results indicate that: the slurry have been shown well bounding with the graded gravel and the groutability of the slurry met the test requirement. The permeability of graded gravel decreased significantly after grouting, and the permeability of graded gravel could be improved by grouting. The frost heave of graded gravel after improved meet the requirement of passenger dedicated line. The model test of grouting provided an reference to the field grouting test of graded gravel in subgrade.

Abstract: All the commercially available plain acrylic bone cement brands, which are used incemented arthroplasties, are based on poly (methyl methacrylate). With a few exceptions, have the same constituents. It is well known that these brands are beset with many drawbacks, such as high maximum exotherm temperature, lack of bioactivity, and volumetric shrinkage upon curing. The aim of this study was to investigate the fatigue properties of MWCNTs-PMMA bone cement composites. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (unfunctionalised and carboxyl functionalised), which was synthesized by infusion chemical vapor deposition, and PMMA bone cement were used to produce pastes. The mixing amount of MWCNTs ranged from 0.1 wt.% to 1wt.%. The fatigue properties of the MWCNTs-PMMA bone cement was characterised with the type and wt.% loading of MWCNTs used having a significant influence on the number of cycles to failure. The condition and degree of dispersion of the MWCNTs in the matrix at different length scales were studied using field emission scanning electron microscopy. Improvements of the fatigue properties were attributed to the MWCNTs arresting or retarding crack propagation through the cement by a bridging effect and hindering crack propagation. MWCNTs agglomerates were evident in the cement microstructure and the degree of agglomeration depended on the level of the mixing amount and the ability of the MWCNTs.

Abstract: This paper deals with the properties of one kind of reaction-diffusion equations with Neumann boundary conditions based on the comparison principles. The relations of parameter and the situation of the coupled about equations are used to construct the global existent super-solutions and the blowing-up sub-solutions, and then we obtain the conditions of the global existence and blow-up in finite time solutions with the processing techniques of inequality.

Abstract: With the actual case of isolation system design and noise control of roots blower room of a pharmaceutical factory in Shenyang taken into consideration, the overall computation was done on the basis of multi-vibration noise source. The vibration energy of equipments and noise propagation were analyzed both qualitatively and quantitatively with the spectral characteristics of vibration and wideband noise taken into account. Furthermore, the acoustic environment in the blower room was improved and the noise emission of the factory got down to the standard after the vibration isolation and noise reduction measures were applied. This work has important guiding significance and reference value for the projects on vibration isolation and noise control in the future.

Abstract: Because of the fast development of high buildings and large mansions and the increasing applications of electronic information technology, all kinds of advanced electronic equipments are installed in buildings. These equipments have qualities of low insulation, weak endurance of overvoltage and overcurrent and sensitivity for EMC disturb. Then more and more serious hazards and indirect economic losses are arising from lightning disturbance. Therefore, in order to cut down such big losses it is really necessary to conduct the research of stroke-incidence rules and take effective measures to protect buildings against lightning. Theories and practice show that the lightning protection is a systematic engineering. The exterior protection and interior protection should be constituted as an integer. This paper mainly studies the telecommunication equipments in the building disturbed and harmed by the lightning electromagnetic field. To protect this injure effectively we must find out the distributions of the lightning electromagnetic field in the building. Three cases of the lightning electromagnetic field distributions in the building have been discussed in the paper.

Abstract: In view of the time interleaving of the relevant processes in runway reconstruction project and the simplification of the relevant processes in current schedule optimization models, runway reconstruction project scheduling is treated the same way as the ordinary construction project, which can’t meet the requirement of the efficient use of limited daily construction time. Statistics of the daily supervision management data in an actual runway reconstruction project are analyzed according to each process respectively. The law of data distribution can help to judge the reliability of the planed schedule and some process with actual physical meaning can be divided into several processes having no physical meanings as the process time interleaving taken into consideration. Then a new equivalent schedule network diagram with independent processes is built to replace the old one and the Critical Path Method (CPM) technique can be used to solve this mathematic problem and develop a schedule. The schedule plan from the modified schedule network diagram can prove the validity of the modified optimization model compared with the one from the ordinary schedule plan method.

Abstract: In view of the shortcoming such as wiring difficulties, poor scalability, and big cable usage in present mine security monitoring system, this paper puts forward a kind of substation monitoring and control system based on ZIGBEE and CAN. With the core of core, The system collects various measurement data of sensors through the ZIGBEE wireless network, realizes the to collect, and then through the CAN bus to realize the transmission of control commands and data of the up and down machine, and monitor the production parameters and environmental parameters in the coal mine. Experiments show that the monitoring substation is of high real-time performance, good stability, strong expansibility, etc., and can meet the requirements of the coal mine development and mining.
