Abstract: This paper designs an intelligent automatic mounting machine . For the purpose of reducing the steps of remodeling of excess asphalt and saving asphalt concrete . Before paving mixing , it laid two rows of fixed and adjustable thickness of the side-mode and mold clamp on both sides of the road . The results show that it avoids the process of removing the extra asphalt, saving raw materials, improving the efficiency of the paving . Mainly describe control system , especially pneumatic system.

Abstract: The main difficulties in controlling Three-phase active power filter (APF) arise from their hybrid nature, and the saturation of nonlinear constraints. A novel approach to the modeling and regulation problem of APF is presented from the combined perspective of switched system and stability of systems with saturation constraints. Firstly, the three-phase APF is built as switched affine system model. Based on the sufficient condition for quadratic stability of convex combination, the common Lyapunov function was selected. Meanwhile, the switched rules are put forward by this function. The paper also discusses the problem of feedback control for the switched systems with saturated nonlinear constraint; and gives a stability condition for switched system under state saturation. Finally, simulation results have good agreement with the theory analysis, and demonstrate the validity of this approach.

Abstract: This paper briefly presents a Parallel Serial Hybrid Electric Vehicle structure combined with NAC institute, constructing a CAN Communication Network of Hybrid Electric Vehicle’s Powertrain and also defining the Communication protocol of the control Network. The Network constructed is tested on bench and prototype vehicle and by using CANstress, CANoe and some other Automotive network development tools, actual test and performance analysis have been conducted. The experiment result illustrates that the control network system arrives a high stable performance and real-time with low bus load and little error frames under high transmission speed and interference environment, and can meet requirement of HEV Powertrain of stability, real-time and accurate control. Besides that, we also constructs a Diagnostic Network, which fulfills the unified diagnostic services (UDS) defined by ISO14229.

Abstract: Base on the mechanism of surge tank and measuring weir, an internal flat-pool measuring weir has been developed which can be applied in flow rate measuring area such as the hydraulics labs, the hydraulic engineering model labs and the river regulation project model labs. This new device functions well even with site limitation and unstable current. This passage introduces the mechanism of measuring weir with a few examples.

Abstract: In order to improve the precise of trigonometric leveling, analysis of the midway method by theoretical analysis and experiment. A formula is derived to calculate the elevation difference and the mean square error base on the error propagation law. The result of research includes: the midway method of total station trigonometric leveling is simple operated , it can replaces the three/four grade leveling through a variety of correction under certain conditions.

Abstract: The probe-fed rectangular patch antenna with the Minkowski fractal structure which for 2.45GHz was simulated by using high frequency electromagnetic simulation software HFSS V11.The Simulation results showed that it was similar to side-fed square patch antenna with the Minkowski fractal structure. The resonant frequency decreased with fractal iteration, and the size of the antenna could be miniaturized. And antenna pattern unchanged with fractal iteration mostly, which meet the application requirements basically.

Abstract: In this paper, a two-dimensional axisymmetric thermal stress coupling model of mechanical seal’s rotator and stator components was established by ADINA, simplification and appropriate boundary constrained condition of stator and rotator was obtained by analyzing the contact state among the seal rings. It’s shown that the contact surface is equivalent to a resource of constant thermal, temperature of contact surface rises step by step and the location of the maximum temperature getting close to the midpoint within the contact surface according to the sliding time, the temperature gradient decrease along the worksheet so that the temperature decrease accordingly in a parabolic isogram.

Abstract: In order to design a product that can be used for lighting and partition, a calculating method of the net dot distribution is advanced according to the distribution curve flux of LED that is designed, and LGP that possesses four regions that can light equably is finally designed. The irradiance of the surface of this LGP is analyzed through software simulation. The illuminance of each is 5405lux, 5318lux, 4360lux, and 4609lux, and the uniformity for each is 96.7%, 82.3%, 91.3% and 8.25%.
