Abstract: Finned tube is a kind of highly efficient heat exchange component, widely used in heat exchanger. In order to improve the automation level of finned tube production line, this paper, according to the composition of finned tube production line and the function of each part, designed the control scheme of the production line, including motor drive technology, hydraulics technology, PLC control technology etc. The control scheme makes raw material of aluminum sheet feeding, punching, shearing, winged, tube expanding process to form a whole, which improved the efficiency of the production line and the processing precision.

Abstract: Before cutting into a single chip, we have tested LED chips with different sizes that is produced on the some condition. With different drive currents, we compared the luminous intensity and working voltage about the two samples. The results show that: within a certain range, the larger chip is better. Because of low light utilization rate, it isn’t the bigger of chip area the better the performance is. We should choose the best size in application.

Abstract: This paper discusses the design of a remote intelligent meter reading system, remote intelligent meter reading system by automatic meter data and remote transmission of the way, can solve the problem of the household metering, with automatic meter reading, automatic charging, prepaid management, arrears cut function. The design solves the inaccurate measurement and data change two technical problems of smart meter reading system, remote meter reading system is mainly composed of the meter measuring sensor, meter reading collector, bus adapter, water and gas meter measuring signal is converted to electrical signals by meter measurement sensor, carries on two times of measurement through meter reading collector, bus adapter connected all the meter reading acquisition, and then is connected with the computer management, so as to realize the reading meter data "remote" function.

Abstract: To improve the management level of welding robot product line, a supervisory control system based on C/S(Client/Server) and B/S(Browser/Server) hybrid structure is designed to use for INSPEC configuration software. The system connects the isolated welding robot stations through industrial Ethernet and PPI. The system achieves real-time monitoring and alarm management. It also provides production report function and history record function. The system has already gone into service and the result data have shown its high accuracy and strong reliability in experiments.

Abstract: The redundant optical link protection is the most popular technology by which we advance the reliability of Ethernet Passive Optical Networking (EPON) in power communication network, and self-healing sooner the network better. Through optical link state monitoring technology, we can start the protection switching immediately. Through optical network unit(ONU) pre-registration technology, we can shorten the self-healing time. Moreover, everything is occur on ONU, and then it would simplify the process.

Abstract: Its switch frequency can’t be high because of the restrains of insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTS) when high power electrical motor driven by matrix converter. This paper mainly discuses about the reason for output voltage error with low switch frequency. And based on the reasons, a method for decreasing output voltage error is proposed, that is to say that referenced input current and output voltage is calculated by using their average value in one sample in the indirect space vector pulse modulation (ISVPWM) when switch frequency is low. Simulation results coincide with theoretical analysis, verifying that the proposed method is feasible and theoretical analysis is right.

Abstract: People who often read books or type laptops in bed always blame they have serious problems in shoulders, neck, waist or cervical vertebra. The doctors explained that wrong gestures had hurt their lumbar vertebras and made people felt aches. This model designed changeable unit structure for people’s health in according with ergonomics theory. People can keep sitting or leaning on bed, give the adjustable style to let the body relax by more convenience control. The model adds the reading function by a small sliding table. All size in model is chosen according to the statistic figure. This design can help the old men; the immobile people and others who want do something in bed with comfortable seating position.

Abstract: To achieve the tactics mission of cooperative attack at the fixed impact time, for multiple route planning anti-ship missiles, a dynamic route planning algorithm with impact time control is proposed. First, a recursive route planning algorithm is designed to choose navigation points and come to a reference route. Then, in order to control the impact time, the reference route is re-planned on line according to the error time between the fixed impact time and the estimated time to go. If the error time is positive, the reference route from the current navigation point to the next one is extended by maneuvering fly; if the error time is negative, the reference route is shorten by adjusting the location of navigation point. The realization of controlling the impact time is transferred to dynamically increase or decrease distance of the reference route. The simulation results show the validity and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: A 100W adaptor with universal voltage range 90-265VAC input and 20V/5A output is designed in this paper .The prototype adopted a new level two-stage high power factor power adapter, the PFC(Power Factor Correction) is a Boost converter operating in discontinuous current mode boundary,and the DC/AC using flyback converters. The experimental results showed that the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
