Abstract: Whena fault of the distribution network has occurred, it is necessary to pinpointthe type of the fault and its location and to isolation the fault by sectionswitches. It is then the task toattempts to restore service to as many unfaulted sections of the feeder aspossible via the available sources. Torestore feeder sections, the feeder must be bothering least one backup sourcewith sufficient capacity to bear the additional load. A method based on the backup feeder loadbalancing is proposed and software is developed. The service restores software obtains thedistribution operation data from distribution automation system (SCADA) and thefeeder parameters from power grid production management system (GPMS). Then compares that loads with the sparecapacity for backup sources and bring out the service restoration plan for thedispatch staff.

Abstract: It is common to monitor several quality characteristics of a process simultaneously in modern quality control, and it is called multivariate statistical process control (MSPC) in the literature. A change-point control chart for detecting shifts in the mean of a multivariate statistical process is developed for the case where the nominal value of the mean is unknown but some historical samples are available. This control chart is called distribution-free multivariate control chart based on change-point model. Its distribution robustness is a significant advantage where we usually know nothing about the underlying distribution. And the simulated results show that this approach has a good performance across the range of possible shifts.

Abstract: With the rise of the network, everyday the video websites update plenty of video datas.Faced with a lot of video datas,if you only rely on the human to analyze the video datas in order to dig out the information hidden in the video room,it will take a lot of time and is difficult to achieve the desired result. This paper develops a data mining and visualization system, which visualized shows the relationship between the video datas through a network graph of nodes.Based on visualized showing the relationship between the video datas, the system provides the tool to analyze the video datas and dig out the information hidden in the video room.

Abstract: Hyperspectral remote sensing is the multi-dimensional information obtaining technology, which combines target detection and spectral imaging technology together, In order to accord with the condition of hyperspectral imagery, the paper developed an optimized ICA algorithm for change detection to describe the statistical distribution of the data. By processing these abundance maps, change of different classes of objects can be obtained..A approach is capable of self-adaptation, and can be applied to hyperspectral images with different characteristics. Experiment results demonstrate that the ICA-based hyperspectral change detection performs better than other traditional methods with a high detection rate and a low false detection rate.

Abstract: For real time target detection, identification and tracking in high frame rates, large field of view images, a real-time image processing system is designed. A TMS320C6678 DSP runs as the chief arithmetic processor of this system and FPGA as the secondary controller. C6678 is compared with the same series C6414 in image compression algorithm test. Experimental results show that the new system has a more effective construct, and higher reliability, and can provide a platform for the new high-speed image processing.

Abstract: Data mining has attracted a great deal of attention in the information industry in recent years and can be used for applications rangning from business management, production control, and science exploration etc. Most of the existing data mining algorithms are processing in the centralized systems; however, at present large database is usually distributed. Compared with the frequent itemsets lost and high communication traffic in distributed database conventional and improved algorithm FDM, An improved distributed data mining algorithm LTDM based on association roles is proposed. LTDM algorithm introduces the mapping indicated array mechanism to keep the integrity of frequent itemsets and decrease the communication traffic. The experimental results prove the efficiency of the proposed algorithm. The algorithm can be applied to information retrieval and so on in the digital library.

Abstract: In the distribution network fault location, the impact of information distortion needs to be to focus on, especially when the short-circuit current is used as the fault information. Considering the distortion or failure of real-time information and other issues, the quick location method of the failure point in distribution network is analyzed. Based on the mathematical model of distribution network fault location, firefly algorithm is applied. According to the characteristics of fault location objective function in distribution network, convergence criterion is proposed, which is suitable for fault location mathematical model.

Abstract: As one of the most popular supply chain management problems, the Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) has been thoroughly studied in the last decades, most of these studies focus on deterministic problem where the customer demands are known in advance. But the Vehicle Routing Problem with Stochastic Demands (VRPSD) has not received enough consideration. In the VRPSD, the vehicle does not know the customer demands until the vehicle arrive to them. This paper use a hybrid algorithm for solving VRPSD, the hybrid algorithm based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) Algorithm, combines a Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedure (GRASP) algorithm, and Variable Neighborhood Search (VNS) algorithm. A real number encoding method is designed to build a suitable mapping between solutions of problem and particles in PSO. A number of computational studies, along with comparisons with other existing algorithms, showed that the proposed hybrid algorithm is a feasible and effective approach for Vehicle Routing Problem with Stochastic Demands.

Abstract: The basic principle and limitation of InSAR technique was analyzed. A new object-oriented classification method was proposed based on the HH to HV polarization intensity ratio and HV images of InSAR data at single acquisition time. The developed method was applied to objects classification in certain district of changsha city. The experiments show that the overall accuracy is above 88% and Kappa coefficient is higher than 0.82. The method improves the potential to distinguish the mixture classes of objects.
