Abstract: A improved RANSAC algorithm was introduced into the segmentation of LiDAR and r-radius point density was put forward to the estimation criterion,which aims to remove the discrete point outside the feature plane.an accurate registration is achieved by improving RANSAC algorithim after an analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of the algorithm for objects with many planar feature.The algorithm are implemented with VC++ and VTK platform,tested by real data collected on the test area,it verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed algorithms.

Abstract: In order to ensure safe and stable running of applications, this paper analyses the limitation of traditional process-monitoring methods, and then designs a new real-time process monitor method based on Mandatory Running Control (MRC) technology. This method not only can monitor the processes, but also can control them from system kernel level to improve the reliability and safety of applications, so as to ensure the security and stability of information system.

Abstract: This paper proposed a new database watermarking algorithm based on a numerical attribute of database. Firstly, the copyright image was encrypted by a chaotic system to produce a binary sequence as the watermark signal. Then it used two hash functions to realize the watermark embedding. The first hash value was calculated by using the connection value of the key and the primary key. Then it filtered out the tuples whose corresponding hash value was even. The second double-hash value was calculated by using the connection of the key and the first hash value, which was used to label tuples and partition tuples. The first hash value was used as a control signal to adjust the parity of the candidate attribute bit when the watermark was embedded. Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the algorithm reduces the amount of embedding watermark and improves the robustness and security of the watermark.

Abstract: An innovative new automatic approach for image retrieval is proposed to make duplex printing paper fragments retrieval, a simple mathematical model is built and the corresponding algorithm is designed. By extracting image information and utilizing the property that the front and the back sides can affect each other, if the matching process cannot continue, change to the other side to match continually. The results show that the arrangement that alternates between both sides can greatly improve the coherence and reduce the number of manual intervention.

Abstract: In order to suppressing the speckle noise in ultrasound image effectively, a new hybrid denoising method is proposed by combining the nonsubsampled contourlet transform (NSCT) with edge-preserving self-snake model (EPSSM). The method comprises of three key steps. Firstly, the noise model is established for the sake of analyzing. Then the map estimation with bivariate shrinkage function which uses the inter-scale dependency is developed to deal with the NSCT coefficients. Finally, the EPSSM is introduced to enhance the edge and reduce the blurring which is caused by the second steps. The comparative experiments show that the proposed approach gets better results than other well-known methods in the area of the evaluation values and visual effect.

Abstract: With the rapid development of spatial information technology and the increasingly artificial intelligence knowledge, MAS plays a more and more important role in conducting image segmentation.Considering the shortcomings of current segmentation method,a new algorithm based on MAS theory is proposed, It combines spectral and shape information in region merging.employer a number of agents to control the merging procedure in different regions and make the global merging control more optimal by utilizing the advantages of MAS,The results show that the algorithm is very effective for image segmentation both in urban and mountainous areas.

Abstract: In this paper, we present a new calibration technique aimed at blind steganalysis for JPEG images, which can magnify the difference between cover images and stego images. The calibration can be considered as a preprocessing of stego image before extracting the features. So the calibrated features are calculated as the difference between a specific function calculated from the original stego image and the same function obtained from calibrated version. Moreover, the calibrated feature was used to train SVM (support vector machine), a nonlinear classifier, which is effective in class separation. For comparison, a database composed of 6690 cover and stego images (generated by using four different embedding schemes) was established. Based on this database, we conducted extensive experiments and drawn a conclusion that the steganalysis based on our novel calibration can detect the stego images with high accuracy.

Abstract: A real-time data transferring method is opened to public for data transferring problem by different security region and different database in electric system. Interface service routine (ISR) is used for data obtaining, transferring format, analyzing and committing. Transit service routine (TSR) is used for data file transmitting and reducing the pressure of the ISR. E form file is used as a carrier to transmitting data file with transmitting tool of the segregate instrument. The method brings about data transferring in an on line, security and stabilized way, and makes certain the existing production system normal and steady working.

Abstract: On the basis of the present mining algorithm for spatial outliers, this essay brings up a new definition for spatial outliers and a new mining algorithm conforming to the new definition. Also, this essay analyzes the time complexity of such algorithm.
