Abstract: In modern servo control system, the AC motors are commonly used. To fully meet the requirements of high accuracy and reliability, the accurate detection of rotor position and speed are essential. In this paper, designed a new kind decoding circuit, while a new microcontroller XMC4500 as the master chip and the resolver as detection devices. Experiment results show that the design is stable and feasible. It can lay a solid foundation for researching and controlling of the motor. Users can choose one of them to use and improve.

Abstract: In this paper, the intelligent weight charging system of heavy loaded highway was developed using piezoelectric quartz sensors, combined with the improved ETC system, in order to solve the congestion problem in highway toll station caused by heavy load vehicles. By study of the effects of different layout and spacing of sensors on the dynamic weighing accuracy and speed, then the optimal layout system of sensors was raised. Real vehicle test was carried out in Changwu charging station of highway from Fuzhou to Yinchuan. Experimental results show that: the optimized sensors enable heavy load vehicles passing through the toll stations in speed of 30km/h,and the accuracy of weighing was maintained within ± 2.5%. And the optimized sensors are able to overcome the errors caused by illegal operations, reaching the purpose of highway congestion management.

Abstract: Because of China's energy and load imbalance, respectively, large-scale long-distance power transmission becomes inevitable. Under this background , HVDC develops rapidly, SSO (Sub-synchronous oscillations) caused by HVDC is becoming increasingly apparent. The sub-synchronous electrical damping within the frequency range is difficult to calculate. Based on small-signal test method-complex torque coefficient method in the time-domain simulation , the paper calculated the sub-synchronous electrical damping characteristics of the system and analyzed the impact of the unit interaction, DC power and the generator output on sub-synchronous electrical damping characteristics.

Abstract: Studied the modeling strategy and application features of rapid surfacing reconstruction system. The 3D digital model reconstruction of real mobile phone as an example, using non-contact optical 3D scanning point cloud data access to mobile phone, get the mobile phone CAD model through data processing by point stage, polygon stage and shape stage, and the various stages of the process and the target are discussed in this paper.

Abstract: In order to solve the safety problem of disassembling the grounding wire temporarily for line maintenance and prevent an anthropogenic short-circuit accident from happening, this paper firstly proposes two safe and convenient detection methods based on directly signal injecting and induced voltage. Then, adopt the power system simulation software PSCAD/EMTDC to build model, some important factors affecting the effect of detecting are studied, which include frequency of signal, no-load transformer, magnetic induced voltage, joint use on the same tower, etc. Finally, a temporary ground wire detection device is developed which is based on the detection methods proposed and also based on modern power electronics technology and signal processing technology, and the field test verify the feasibility and practicability. The developed detection device has some advantages, such as safe-testing, simple structure and operation, easy promotion and so on.

Abstract: In this paper we present a global approach for the automatic inspection of spot-type defects in TFT-LCD module process. The proposed method is based on a global image reconstruction scheme using the Fourier transform. Since TFT-LCD surface has the statistical and periodic texture, the isotropic spread of frequency components in the power spectrum space forms the shape approximate to a circle. By computing the convolution between the Fourier transform result and a ideal low pass filter (ILPF) , we can remove the TFT-LCD periodic and repetitive patterns using the inverse Fourier transform. In the restored image, the global structurally textured background is eliminated and the spot-type defects are preserved. This converts the difficult defect detection in TFT-LCD images into a simple segmentation problem. The spot-type defects are classified into general point defects and spot Mura defects .The experimental results from point defects and spot Mura defects have shown the efficacy of the proposed method.

Abstract: This paper is mainly discussed in areas under a unified multi-domain framework, the unified constraint expression of optimization simulation model and critical theory in the process of solving. Establish the multi-domain optimization simulation model of complex product, study the complex coupling between multi-domain constraint models, analyze the parameters sensitivity of unified constraint expression model and reduce the restraint scale. Using the principle of global satisfaction as far as possible, to achieve coordination of multi-domain constraints based on the component level, solving the Large-scale multi-domain unified optimization simulation model with the homotopy iteration method.

Abstract: Vibration signal collecting is an important step in rolling bearing fault diagnosis process. The collected signal can exhibit effectiveness of the fault depend on the signal collecting system. Combine the attribute of the rolling bearing, a new signal collecting system base on the STM32F103C8T6 is designed in this paper. The new system is made of supply circuit, signal conditioning circuit, AD conversion circuit and communication module.

Abstract: On the basis of the analysis and research to the application status,technical implementation and the development trend of PDU, according to the existing network platform,we have come up with a solution to realize the remote management for PDU.Through TCP/IP to realize the remote management,it makes sure that power supply and server are safe,through LAN or WAN,it is able to monitor,control and manage the power supplies of multiple devices in the cabinets.At present,we can measure voltage,current,temperature and humidity.The intelligent management also reflects another development trend of PDU,that is greenization.Because of the good product design,the PDU products of greenization can not only reach a lower power consumption standards,but also make the whole data center achieve the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction by intelligent control,in this way,they can create greater economic benefits for the users.

Abstract: This paper describes a sort of integrated tester controlled by STC series microcontroller that can be used to test simplex and duplex potentiometer’s total resistance, front and rear zero resistance, dynamic noise and duplex potentiometer synchronization feature. Multi-CPU parallel working mode is adopted by the tester. This paper mainly expounds the working principle of this test instrument, its software and hardware composition and the communication protocol between each part.
