Abstract: The traditional data processing and analysis method of remote sensing image processing system cannot meet the hyperspectral remote sensing mass data processing and the need of practical application in mineral resources exploration. By studying the systematical analysis and key technology on the hyperspectral mineral information identification module, and analyzing and thinking about the relevant theoretical methods and technical process, carried out the development of hyperspectral mineral information identification module based on IDL and integrated with ENVI software, providing the basic support platform for hyperspectral remote sensing mineral resources exploration. Meanwhile, the existing problems were discussed from the spectral characteristics mechanism analysis of rock and the hyperspectral mineral identification optimization algorithms.

Abstract: In this paper, the impact on carrier capture of high dynamic and low SNR signal in satellite communication caused by the rate of change of the carrier frequency offset is analyzed. Firstly, the existing large carrier frequency offset estimate technology is described. Secondly, the rate of change of the carrier frequency offset impact on the carrier frequency offset is analyzed. Finally, the Doppler shift characteristics of Low SNR high dynamic signal and performance impact on the capture carrier are simulated by MATLAB. The results showed that the rate of change of Doppler shift will seriously affect the number of non-coherent accumulation times of the carrier frequency offset estimate.

Abstract: respectively cited the fingerprint image preprocessing for image segmentation , demand pattern, image enhancement and binarization of several algorithms , and each algorithm were compared. Image segmentation algorithm studied in this paper , image enhancement algorithms, can be very good to complete the project requirements. Because each method has its advantages and disadvantages , and therefore use different methods to get different results after image processing .

Abstract: Database is the foundation of making IETM, database structure has great influence to the TETM production method and use efficiency. Aiming at the defects when using relational database to process XML documents, According to the characteristics of IETM data module and information objects under S1000D standard, native XML database needed to meeting the conditions were analyzed, using a native XML database technology to structure IETM data Module and information set; and giving data module code, information objects, information control composition structure codes of the data module structure, gives the design method of IETM database storage and index model, which can effectively avoid the traditional the deficiency of IETM database support for XML technology.

Abstract: In order to detect target clearly, a detection system based on DM642 was designed. The system used improved frame-difference method combined with the background subtraction to detect target. First, the CCD camera scanned the surroundings step by step, then the background model was built, and improved three-frame-difference method was used to get the three-frame-difference image. The target image was the difference of target region extracted by three-frame-difference method and the target region extracted by background subtraction method. Experiments showed that the target image had less interference and a clear profile.

Abstract: In the last a few decodes, there has been a lot of interest on systems with large amount of data. In some scenarios, people want to take advantage of data history and predict new coming data. There have been a lot models used for prediction. In this paper, we develop a new model for data prediction. The new model is based on fuzzy inference. We do some experiments on real-world data and show that this new model is appropriate for data prediction and can produce desirable results.

Abstract: Cooperative pointing and tracking is one important characteristic of deep space inter-satellite laser communication, so that the dynamic mathematical model is complicated nonlinearity and coupling. The contribution of this paper is to substitute the time-domain error transfer function of state equations and to linearize the state space for the sake of physical realization easily in terms of previous authors’ work. The method applied is state feedback and coordinate transformation in nonlinear field, the calculated result is demonstrated that differential equations modeled can be transferred into canonical controllable form and realized physically.

Abstract: 9/7 lifting wavelet is widely applied to data processing. By taking advantages of regular data flows and data local properties of 9/7 wavelet transform, mesh structure of 9/7 Lifting wavelet parallel transform is put forward in the paper. The structure realizes the parallel processing of wavelet transform. and column transform directly after the row transform without data exchanging with memory. It reduces the circuit implementation complexity , improves the speed of wavelet transform, and has good scalability. The structur is adapt to VLSI implementation and applies to real-time processing of high performance requirements.
