Abstract: Software defined network (SDN) is a new architecture of network. The design concept of SDN is the separation of network control plane and forwarding plane and the realization of programmable control. Standford University put forward the concept of openflow in 2007, it provides standard interfaces and separates the data forwarding and routing control function of the traditional network communication equipment by the flow control method. The article makes a deep research on SDN from the aspects of technical connotation, equipment model and etc. It also makes a research on the actual demand and the existing problems of electric power data communication network of which the application of SDN in electric power data communication network is discussed.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the characteristics of physical layer signals, communication protocols, and the timing of PROFIBUS-DP, at last proposed a kind key technologies diagnosis scheme of PROFIBUS-DP, which based on FPGA. The scheme requires only a few peripheral circuits and use of the FPGA logic synthesis external signal, can be completed in two-way isolation of the physical layer status of DP, data flow direction, baud rate detection and other functions, which can be applied to diagnosis failure of PROFIBUS-DP.

Abstract: Text clustering is a popular research topic in the field of text mining, and now there are a lot of text clustering methods catering to different application requirements. Currently, Weibo data acquisition is through the API provided by big microblogging platforms. In this essay, we will discuss the algorithm of extracting popular topics posted by Weibo users by text clustering after massive data collection. Due to the fact that traditional text analysis may not be applicable to short texts used in Weibo, text clustering shall be carried out through combining multiple posts into long texts, based on their features (forwards, comments and followers, etc.). Either frequency-based or density-based short text clustering can deliver in most cases. The former is applicable to find hot topics from large Weibo short texts, and the latter is applicable to find abnormal contents. Both the two methods use semantic information to improve the accuracy of clustering. Besides, they improve the performance of clustering through the parallelism.

Abstract: A method of determining expansion center and expansion order is proposed in optical pattern recognition. To the reference image, choose an expansion center of one order, and works out optimal order by means of the expansion center. If the optimal order is equal to the selected order, the selected expansion center and order are the optimum; or else do it again choosing another order. Computer simulation results show that the method yields a sharper correlation peak, higher signal-to-noise ration and better correlation discrimination compared with the circular-harmonic filter.

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of image edge detection.A spline interpolation sub pixel edge detection method based on improved morphological gradient is proposed in the thesis.Firstly,using improved morphological gradient filter operator for image coarse positioning;Then,the cubic spline interpolation method is carried out for pixel-level edge of the image interpolation so that the image edge locates in sub-pixel level.Have a simulation experiment to improved methods by Matlab, results show that the improved method can accurately detect the edge of the image, edge detection is fine, the precision of positioning is hight and the result of detection is good.

Abstract: For catenary faults are caused by hot, so infrared thermal imaging technology and image processing are combined in catenary thermal fault detection. In image process, image template matching can be used in target detection of infrared image. As mutual information is similarity measure criterion in image template matching, and weakness of NP window is long computing time, so the paper employ MNP method to instead the original NP window. Experimental results show calculating the joint probability distribution and the matching time of MNP method has advantages. When the template size is 5×5, MNP method has the higher template matching accuracy.

Abstract: This paper presents a new method for removing mixed noise based on the local correlation and local correlation for removal of center in the image. We can distinguish between the signal point and impulse noise point. We will process the impulse noise point using the median filtering, and the signal point will be preserved. The image for removal of impulse noise after the transition is filtered by Gauss noise based on the heat conduction equation in image denoising algorithm. The numerical experiments show the clearer image may be obtained by the proposed method for image denoising. The denoising image retains the image details. It is an effective method for image denoising.

Abstract: This paper follows the personal information and constitution, the right basic of personal protection, personal information protection status in our country and the logic of that constitution protects personal information sequentially, and then the approach adoption and basic idea of our citizen personal information protection are raised in the constitutional vision. The legal right measure is confirmed as the most basic principles of legislation, enforcement and judicial protection act by using right analysis method. Researched that the standards is citizen personal information act logic which is protected by country are power and balance of rights.

Abstract: Aiming at the limitations of the traditional mean shift, such as invariable kernel bandwidth, an improved tracking algorithm with the following strategies is proposed. The target model and the candidate are described by the similarity between them is evaluated by Bhattacharyya coefficient. This algorithm firstly calculates the Bhattacharyya coefficient of the template target histogram and template background histogram and calculates the Bhattacharyya coefficient of the candidate target histogram of the current frame and template background histogram when tracking. Then judge the change tendency of the target by comparing the two coefficients and correct the tracking window width with plus or minus 10% increment for subsequent frames target tracking. The experiments prove that the present method has better stability and robustness than the traditional algorithm and the kernel bandwidth can adapt to the size change of the target.
