Abstract: At present the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) technique has been widely used in the variable frequency control system,but the technique will make the system produce higher harmonic components at the switching frequency integer multiple times,thus the harmonic produce the high frequency noise.In the face of this problem, this paper adopts double random SVPWM technique which is added two state Markov chain to effectively reduce the high frequency noise.The technique makes the harmonic components amplitude value of the output current reduced effectively in the inverter of the variable frequency control system,so that the more output current is more relatively evenly distributed in the wide frequency range,so as to minimize the electromagnetic noise.

Abstract: In order to build a truly open OpenDSS and enhance the complexity of decision-making DSS for solving the problem of Fire spreading. a new model was given based on mobile Agent Open Decision Support System in grid environment. Making use of the intelligence of MAS and adaptive capacity, based on the reasoning mechanisms for task decomposition and resource decision-making grid matching, described in detail layer program CBR-based reasoning mechanism of the Agent and its operation flow and interactive mechanism, put the complexity of distribution of decision-making problem solving to the grid nodes on the environment, implementation of parallel asynchronous decision-making problem solving. Optimize distribution through the logistics of the problem MABODSS design, it proved to improve the system's intelligence and operational efficiency.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a new face recognition approach for image feature extraction named two-dimensional parameter principal component analysis (2DPPCA). Two-dimensional principal component analysis (2DPCA) is widely used in face recognition. We further study on the basis of 2DPCA. This proposed method is to add a parameter to images samples matrix in the image covariance matrix. Extensive experiments are performed on FERET face database and CMU PIE face database. The 2DPPCA method achieves better face recognition performance than PCA, 2DPCA, especially on the CMU PIE face database.

Abstract: In this paper, a nonnegative tri-Matrix factorization (NTMF) algorithm is proposed for underdetermined blind sources separation with the assumption of that the source signals are nonnegative and sparse. By incorporating the regularization and sparse penalty into the cost function, a novel multiplicative update rules is proposed to solve the problem of UBSS based on NTMF. The simulation results are presented to show the validity and competitive performances of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: In modern video coders, motion is estimated using an algorithm that calculates the distance and direction of motion on a block-by-block basis. In this paper, a new motion estimation scheme is proposed. This scheme uses the sum of absolute difference between the Walsh-Hadamard projections of two blocks as measurement. And integral image is used to perform the scheme. Different from other methodologies using WH projections, the method proposed in this paper does not require iteration over every position to effectively calculate the WH projections of a block at any location. And the complexity of this scheme is regardless of the size (2N×2N) of the block. Comparing to the methods (Full Search, Three Step Search and Diamond Search) based on sum of absolute differences (SAD), experiments show that the proposed scheme significantly reduces computational complexity with little increase in the bit-rate.

Abstract: Wireless resource utilization has been the focus of WCDMA research in the past, but due to the independence between the various resources in the process of load monitoring and analysis, wireless resource utilization is difficult in the holistic assessment and lack of the analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity. In this paper, two kinds of wireless resource utilization algorithm are discussed, and the method of determining efficient cell is given through a joint analysis of two algorithms.

Abstract: In the paper, the MDA (Model Driven Architecture) are brought into J2EE web application development based on project-driven mode and the teaching plan is proposed. First the current project-driven teaching mode in our institute is presented and the idea behind the MDA is introduced briefly, and then some suggestions on the J2EE MDA project-driven are given. Practice shows that the teaching mode can not only improve the efficiency of development and the quality of system, but also bring students the sense of achievement, and arouse their enthusiasm and initiatives; thereby the quality of teaching is greatly improved.
