Abstract: The experiment was carried to study a new storage disease of Lingwu long jujubes —surface dot piting and its incidence regularity .There was no abnormal fruit at room temperature ,while fruits storage at lower temperature started to appear concave spots on the seventh to tenth day. The size and distribution of spots are irregular ,and flesh browning and ligneous occurred at the lesion site. SEM results showed that relatived to the peel of the healthy fruit, the microstructure of the epidermal tissue of the lesion site was uneven and rough ,which showed large areas of uniform crack band, and the flesh tissue is messy, with varying degrees of wrinkles, looser organization, or seriously damaged. There was significant negative correlation between this new storage disease and storage temperature, whereas no correlation with gas composition, humidity or other storage conditions.

Abstract: The paper reports on the creation of a model colloid test system which is similar to groundwater and it can be used as a test system in the water treatment. It is found that at the molar ratio iron/silicon/organic substance is equal to1/7/2 and two orders such as organic substances-Si-Fe and Si-organic substances-Fe, stable colloid system is formed. The mechanism of formation of iron colloid system is described by three steps. The first is the formation of the organosilicon complexes. The second is oxidation of the iron and forming of Fe (OH)3. The last is forming a sol at zeta potential is - 35 mV with electrostatic interaction.

Abstract: Bipolar plate is the key component of proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell and represents a significant part of the overall cost and the total weight in a fuel cell stack. Many research have been done on the manufacturing methods of bipolar plate, among which stamping is very popular. With the increasing of the channel number and complexity, its dimensional error caused by sprinkback will change a lot, even under the same forming process. And the risk of crack is also different. These all impact the quality of bipolar plate. In order to predict deformation of channels and the plate’s quality, the displacement along X-axis, the strain and stress state, and the displacement along Z-axis are measured. The results show that 1) the risk of crack increases with the increasing of channel number; 2) the springbacks increase with the increasing of channel number; 3) the most dangerous point locates on the right internal fillet of the plate’s last section.

Abstract: The paper proposes a glucose prediction model and hypoglycemia alarms technology based on CGMS. Method: By using kalman filter to smooth the glucose data from the CGMS, reducing noise interference; Then according to the non-stationary characteristics of glucose concentration signal ,Using adaptive autoregressive model (AR) glucose prediction model is established; Finally, the prediction model is applied to hypoglycemia alarms. Results: The prediction model can dynamically capture the changes of the glucose and predict glucose of 30 min ahead, RMSE、SSGPE were 5.069,5.276; And hypoglycemia can be timely detected.

Abstract: In order to identify the Ganoderma lucidum spore powder and Ganoderma lucidum powder, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy of samples were collected by the Fourier near-infrared spectrometer. The spectroscopy was pretreated by vector normalization and then analyzed with chemometrics method. The data of near-infrared spectra in whole spectral region was analyzed by principal component analysis, then the first 5 scores was established cluster analysis model. The results show that this method can effectively identify Ganoderma lucidum spore powder and Ganoderma lucidum powder with the 100% accuracy rate. In conclusion, Ganoderma Lucidum Spore Powder and Ganoderma Lucidum Powder Based on Near-infrared Spectroscopy and Cluster Analysis.

Abstract: Diabetes Clinical Research important task is to monitor and prevent the occurrence of high / low blood sugar events. Glucose monitoring system (Continous Glucose Monitoring System, CGMS) is used clinically in recent years gradually new blood glucose monitoring system, by measuring the concentration of glucose in interstitial fluid glucose fluctuations throughout the day to indirectly reflect the whole picture. It can be 30 minutes early to predict blood glucose levels as well as low blood sugar warning. Based on time-series modeling techniques, with blood glucose levels for non-stationary paper with improved self-regression model (AR) on blood glucose prediction. And the order of the model parameters were determined by the least squares method and adaptive AIC criteria. The results show that the algorithm can be based on time series modeling real-time and accurate display changes in blood glucose levels, while forecasting and early warning of low blood sugar glucose results showed good performance.

Abstract: In this work, a systematic study was carried out on the cutting process of expendable pattern, and the impact of process parameters, such as spindle speed, feed rate and cutting depth on the dimensional accuracy of expendable pattern was discussed. The results show that the dimensional accuracy at length and width directions of expendable pattern is less affected by the cutting process, while the machining accuracy at height direction of expendable pattern is greatly influenced by the cutting process. With the increase of spindle speed, the height error reduced undulately; with the increase of feed rate, the height error increases gradually; the selection of cutting depth has a reasonable range, above or below this range will cause the increase of the dimension error.

Abstract: An online temperature monitoring system for flue gas based on acoustic pyrometry was developed and installed in a boiler of 200 MW. Hot-state experimental research of acoustic source signals included linear sweeping frequency signal and pseudo random binary sequence were tested, and the temperature was measured by K ceramic thermocouples which were specially made for verification. Research indicates that those signals can be used as sound source signals due to the treatment. The error of temperature in the measurement used acoustic pyrometry which is stable and reliable can be less than 1%, and it provides important consultation for this technology popularizing application.

Abstract: As a effective stimulation, hydraulic fracturing was commonly used in the mining process of complicated low permeability reservoirs, especially in horizontal shale gas wells more widely. In this paper, we establish the BP (Back Propagation) neural network based on MIV (Mean Impact Value) which is different from traditional BP neural network. We choose the independent variables of training set, plus or minus a certain percentages. Measured by the absolute size of MIV value and analyze the changes of MIV value, we identify the main factors in hydraulic fracturing. Combined qualitative analysis with quantitative calculation, the hydraulic fracturing evaluation model was established. Compared with the traditional BP neural network, the evaluation model shows a high precision, and good stability. Above all, we succeed in achieving a rapid, objective and impartial productivity prediction after hydraulic fracturing in complicated low permeability reservoirs. So in the future, this new hydraulic fracturing evaluation model is about to having abroad applications in the field of hydraulic fracturing.

Abstract: During the casting of expendable pattern complex parts, the pattern accuracy is the key in determining the quality of expendable pattern. The paper conducts research on 5-axis CNC processing technology of multiple axes rotary spindle head expendable pattern, which is applied in processing experiments of complex parts expendable pattern. The results show that it is feasible to directly process expendable pattern with 5-axis CNC machine technology, which will have good promotional value.
