Abstract: In this paper, based on the programmable frequency dividers HMC394 and AD company's integer PLL chip ADF4107, in the premise of not reducing the phase detector frequency, improved the frequency resolution and effectively inhibits the phase stray. Designed a frequency source with high performance index: high resolution is 10kHz, low phase noise is-91.27dBc/Hz @10kHz, low spurious is less than-60dBc, high harmonic suppression is less than-60dBc,the design method is simple, low cost, flexible control, high performance and widely used.

Abstract: Proposing a new type of hydraulic drive spherical joint with two degrees of freedom.The joint mechanism has the advantages of hydraulic and also can rotate with multi-degrees of freedom. Based on the mechanism theory, the forward and inverse kinematics equations are derivated and the singular configuration and workspace of the mechanism are found. The spherical joint mechanism has these characteristics: a compact structure, low coupling, large load, and the joint can complete the omni-directional output.

Abstract: Proposed a new type of piezoelectric feeder uses the magnet principle to change the vibration performance and the system resonance principle. The working principle of the piezoelectric feeder was analyzed, the kinetic model was established, and the main factor which affects the delivery performance of the resonant feeder was obtained by calculation, and then designed the prototype. The resonant frequency of the system obtained by the impedance analyzer, and the displacement magnification of the piezoelectric vibrator were obtained by using the laser displacement meter. Design the speed experiment device of the resonant feeder, obtained the influence of the magnetic spring gap on output speed. The experimental show that when the input voltage is 150v, the frequency is 140Hz and the magnetic spring gap is 8mm, the system achieved the desired working condition, the displacement magnification of the piezoelectric vibrator is about 2.46 times, the optimum speed is 80cm/min.

Abstract: Faced at the present situation that the noise level of most combine harvesters was generally higher than the national standard limit in our country, experiments carried out to reduce the driver's ear noise, which chosen 4LZ-5.0E type tracked combine harvester as experimental prototype. The method of noise sources separation was used to test the whole machine on different working conditions. Based on the contribution analysis to obtain the contribution of main working parts for the driver's ear noise and identify the main noise sources. Through designing the reasonable structure of sound insulation for engine and installing the sound insulation plate on the left of driver, testing results showed that the noise of the driver's ear was reduced 3.1dB (A).

Abstract: Add two coupling plate between the chuck holder and three-jaw chuck, and the two coupling plate converted to a deflection angle eccentricity L. The eccentric workpiece to be machined coupling plate from A through L and the coupling plate B out on the scale to determine the minimum size accuracy of up to 0.02mm to overcome the technical defects existing processing eccentric parts , providing precise determination eccentricity , and can reset the eccentric parts machining fixture .

Abstract: To detect black smokers is the hot topic nowadays. The arounding mineral resources is the human wealth, which has extensive researchful significance. The submarine volcanic eruptions can cause thermal plume and the air curtain group. This paper study the acoustic characteristics of the air bubble, and built the simulation model of air curtain group. With pool for experimental platform, we make the formation process of the air curtain, and experiment with acoustic method to detect air curtain. After processing the data, analyze its fluctuation rate to judge the existence of air curtain. To verify feasibility of this method.

Abstract: This paper deals with the adaptive feedback control for the nonholonomic systems with strongly nonlinear uncertainties. The state-input scaling technique and back-stepping approach are used to design the output feedback controller. In order to make the state scaling effective, a new switching control strategy based on the output measurement of the first subsystem is employed.

Abstract: connecting rod mechanism can realize complex motion law, but under the condition of running at high speed, institutions, the elastic dynamic response of not only make the institutions of trajectory deviation, also can cause fatigue failure. In this paper, we study the basic characteristic of the four-bar linkage, affect the motion law of several parameters were analyzed.

Abstract: This thesis studies and develops an agent-based on-line monitoring and diagnosis system. In order to make production line automation, yield high production rate, and enhance the ability of market competition, an effective way is to ensure facilities running smoothly and to reduce the manpower monitoring. Meanwhile in order to reduce the cost of development and enhance the feature of reuse, we use a communication interface to integrate and interact information among developed softwares. Through this system, users may easily monitor and diagnose the machines on production lines through user interfaces, Consequently, it is of greatly help to lower the cost of personnel and enhance the ability of market competition .

Abstract: In this paper, a solution based on the elliptic integrals is proposed for solving multiples inflection points large deflection. Application of the Bernoulli Euler equations of compliant mechanisms with large deflection equation of beam is obtained ,there is no inflection point and inflection points in two cases respectively. The elliptic integral solution which is the most accurate method at present for analyzing large deflections of cantilever beams in compliant mechanisms.
