A Study on Intelligence Recognition Algorithm Based on Mechanical Seal Fault Feature

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the leakage reasons of mechanical shaft seals used usually in water-dripper or industry pumps, a basic flowchart of leakage analysis is proposed. Based on the above contents, an intelligence recognition algorithm for judging seal fault feature is given, so an intelligent fault judgment system based on the knowledge may be constructed.
