System Design on a Field Emission with Phosphor Detection

It is well-known that the phosphor is widely used for the field emission display (FED), and its luminescent and temperature properties are very important for the effect of display. In this paper, we propose a measurement scheme for the phosphor, and design a test-equipment to test the luminescent and temperature properties of phosphor. Furthermore, the equipment can also be used for the life-test of the phosphor because it can generate a great excitation power. Finally, there are design principle, structure and some data and result which we obtained in the experiment. These data will be very useful for the design of FED.
