The Optimization of Weighing and Feeding System for Powder in Mixer Feeding System

Abstract:

This paper analyzes the commonly existing problems regarding to the weighing and feeding system for carbon black and powders in mixer feeding system and discusses the potential root causes. It presents a proposal of optimization measures which are critical for improving the quality of compound and shortening the mixing cycle.
