Abstract:

The cotton picker's work environment is relatively poor, abstract friction between the spindles and the cotton fibers in the cotton picker process make the spindles serious damage. Often appear the failure modes of wear and fracture. This article uses ADAMS to analyze a pair of bevel gears which are parts of abstract drive spindle seat, according to the torque and contact force selecting the appropriate spindles material.
