Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper describes the composition of the Coaxiality Calibration System based on the American Standard ASTME1012. The design of the test bar with different cross-section shape, the paste method of the strain gauge and formation of bridge are illustrated in the paper. The paper also introduces the signal amplifier, data collection system and measurement software in detail. The measurement precision of the coaxiality calibration device is up to grade 0.5.The device has successfully conducted coaxiality measurement and verification in fatigue testing machine, universal testing machine and material testing machine and achieved good test effect.
