Based on HsCAE3D of Analysis on Plastic Molding Products in Shrinkage and Warpage

Abstract:

HsCAE software was used to analyze injection molding defects of plastic molding products, Based on it, the cause of shrinkage and warpage in plastic molding products was proposed. Some conditions and technological parameters such as the fiber orientation, thickness, geometric figure and temperature of the part, the pressure maintaining and the design criteria were modified in order to solve the problem. The working process is stable, reliable and has good practical effect.
